The most important thing is to come clean with her and explain to the one you love what this woman is blackmailing you about.

If the woman you love, loved you back, she will stand by you. If she does not, then, you mean you want to continue being in a relationship with someone who can't accept your past?

I also hope her threats were made in black and white, so when you make the report to the police, there is solid evidence.
