You do of course realise that all of humankind came out of Africa relatively recently and that the genetic differences of the different populations of humans who live in different parts of the world is tiny? Skin colour differences related to ability to absorb and process sunlight are also relatively recent and have developed independently in a number of parts of the world, entirely unrelated to how close to Africa a local population is in genetic or geographical terms.
Any differences in physical performance related to sporting activity, where it is arguably best measured, may in theory have a genetic element, but is far more likely to be to do with cultural factors such as popularity, participation and coaching. Lots of African-American and Caribbean track sprinters, but few long distance runners, East and North African dominance in distance running events, throwing events dominated by European Caucasians, cycling events dominated by Western Europe, Australia and the US, including the sprinting events. The list goes on with squash, cricket, football (soccer), swimming and gymnastics. If you can find a fast twitch, slow twitch or skill based event/sport dominated by one racial group, I can find a similar event/sport dominated by another, and the primary difference is the popularity of the sport. There is no racial element to second league status of UK basketball or its recent improvement - its all popularity and coaching.
In other words achievement is based on commitment, skill, hard work and perhaps some luck. Usain Bolt is a remarkable and classy sprinter, and of African origin not because of his African origin. To say anything else is an insult. Just before Carl Lewis burst on the scene in the 80s Alan Wells was the best 100m sprinter in the world, and Pietro Mennea held the 200m world record for over 17 years, the longest ever. The African origin sprinters who took over did so because they were great athletes who worked hard.
And the above only covers a small part of your statement to do with physical ability. The rest is just even more puerile and pointless to even address.
I know I needn't have responded to the OP, but all too often things go without saying, cos it's "just the net" or they are just clearly winding people up. Maybe so but there is always a place for a voice of reason.
The greatest men and women of all races succeed because of skill, determination, hard work and vision. Unfortunately some also have to battle against the in-built prejudices of cretins such as you, which makes their achievements only more remarkable.
As we struggle to build and maintain societies in a world in flux, full of war, terrorism, migration and uncertainty, your views are the last thing we need for resilient communities. I am only thankful that it appears that you are not part of mine.
