And that's somehow feminists fault? Seems like an attempt to pass responsibility for one's issues onto another group of people. Typical con tactic [8|]

Boy Tk.

Really?
You really have quite an animus against me. Kind of amusing it pushes your buttons so easily.
You want so badly to make aspersions

that you once again invent things out of thin air.

I didn't blame anyone, let alone feminists.

I know you want to push the radical leftist agenda all the time - but you would do your cause more good if you took a step back and think - will this play in peoria?

Women have much larger support systems than men.

It isn't all roses on the other side either.

Both issues you mentioned are simply because men are not emotionally intuned like women. Something that can be changed, it's a personal character thing.
Women has more support system because they love to talk about their problems and they find people who will listen and share it.

Men always just clamp up. Which is annoying.

So many times I offered a listening to a male, and most of the time, they act macho, and shrug it off and say, they can can deal with it, no big deal.

Some even jump at you and say his not looking for sympathy. Recently I had this dude who apologises for flaking out on me because his dad passed away and his taking it really hard, and all I asked is, how is he coping? Is he doing okay? And he snap back, he just wanted to inform me why his been absent but not looking for sympathy. See with a woman, she'd totally open up.

It's like, you know, self-inflicted.

In this day and age, nobody will think lowly of a man for discussing his feelings anymore. Especially if he discuss it with a woman.

I understand the causes and effects Greta. But I think your prescription is a bit absurd. You're saying men could have more support systems .. if only they werent ... well.. men.

We have smaller corpus callosums. We do not wish to waste band width on talking about feelings.

bounty44 -> RE: Feminism Appeals to Female Losers... (1/7/2016 4:55:24 AM)

ive got some humorous insight into this:

brad paisley's song "im still a guy"

When you see a deer you see Bambi
And I see antlers up on the wall
When you see a lake you think picnic
And I see a large mouth up under that log
You're probably thinking that you're going to change me
In some ways well maybe you might
Scrub me down, dress me up all but no matter what
Remember I'm still a guy

When you see a priceless French painting
I see drunk, naked girls
You think that riding a wild bull sounds crazy
And I'd like to give it a whirl
Well love makes a man do some things he ain't proud of
And in a weak moment I might
Walk your sissy dog, hold your purse at the mall
But remember, I'm still a guy

I'll pour out my heart
Hold your hand in the car
Write a love song that makes you cry
Then turn right around knock some jerk to the ground
'Cause he copped a feel as you walked by

I can hear you now talking to your friends
Saying "Yeah girls he's come a long way"
From dragging his knuckles and carrying a club
And building a fire in a cave
But when you say a backrub means only a backrub
Then you swat my hand when I try
Well, what can I say at the end of the day
Honey, I'm still a guy

And I'll pour out my heart
Hold your hand in the car
Write a love song that makes you cry
Then turn right around knock some jerk to the ground
'Cause he copped a feel as you walked by

These days there's dudes getting facials
Manicured, waxed and botoxed
With deep spray-on tans and creamy lotiony hands
You can't grip a tackle-box

With all of these men lining up to get neutered
It's hip now to be feminized
I don't highlight my hair
I've still got a pair
Yeah honey, I'm still a guy

All my eyebrows ain't plucked
There's a gun in my truck
Oh thank God, I'm still a guy

and to top it off, time.com rated this one of their top ten ridiculous country songs.

which may speak to the broader issue of what conservatives and liberals view as masculinity. or alternatively, is there any stock to the proposition that liberals don't like country music as much as conservatives do.

being that its "typical" I suspect you have plenty, tons even, evidence for it?

i'll look forward to seeing quite a bit of it.

otherwise, maybe you can just stop saying infantile partisan things?

If it's healthier and won't cause so many men to commit suicide. I highly suggest doing it for health reasons :). It's why women live longer lives.

WickedsDesire -> RE: Feminism Appeals to Female Losers... (1/7/2016 7:08:32 AM)

If I gotta know PUA and MRA, I am just gonna stick with getting my dick sucked. still laughing ty mnottertail

Now, having said that no doubt the feminists wish to tar and feather me. I hope, deep down within my lusty loins, they will ravishly me firstly, and several times at that before i sell the mad bitches into slavery for cake cash

freedomdwarf1 -> RE: Feminism Appeals to Female Losers... (1/7/2016 8:01:20 AM)

Your opinion is based purely on your very encapsulated and insulated environment.
In fact, your opinion is very much old-fashioned '60s and '70s mindset and very out of date.

What you assumed here is nothing like what I meet with in real life in western societies.
Many things, especially role reversal and human attitudes have changed dramatically in the last 10-15 years.
It seems like Singapore is a bit behind the rest of us.

WickedsDesire -> RE: Feminism Appeals to Female Losers... (1/7/2016 9:37:01 AM)

it is not real @freedomdwarf1 your profile made me smile :)

As a male, I would consider myself a feminist and I have pretty fine with that. I am comfortable enough in my "manhood" to be in touch with my "feminine side". I am a straight male who loves women and I am quite vanilla in a lot of my life. Feminism for me is simply about human rights. It doesn't take a rocket scientist to see that women have been discriminated against in many countries all over the world. Now, I don't care for any of the female supremacy nonsense. That is just discrimination in reserve. I support full equality and people should be based on their character, instead of their body. Equality and human rights cuts across all cultures.

Pretty much my point of view too, this female supremacy stuff is a bit crazy, just exchanging one discrimination for another, though in a role play it can be hot, just when you buy into it with heart and soul, it becomes absurd, imho
