I assume anyone able to legally purchase a firearm is welcome at the range assuming they can pay the entrance fee and watch the 15 minute safety video. I don't ride the bus thus have no reason to know if there's a bus stop nearby. You are more than welcome to come check.

Lots of assumptions there.

While you're here you can show off your foot shooting technique as my offer still stands: shoot a fast-moving, foot-sized target from 25 yards

At 25 yards I can specify which toe.

and I will donate $100 to the charity of your choice.

That charity would be my wallet. In addition to your money a good sport would/should stand a couple rounds of beer for the winner.[;)]

Anyway, I think there's a consensus emerging here: all restrictions on gun sales to Mexico should be swept away, so that the free market in all its sublime power may operate unfettered and so that Mexicans may swiftly come to enjoy the same levels of freedom, peace and contentment that the relaxed US gun laws have ensured for Americans to date. [:)]

Don't feel bad peon. I'm sure sometime real soon the Obama administration will feel that you brits are capable of being trusted with unmarked machine guns. Of course, there is the question of how you would pay for them. I mean the mexicans smuggle aliens and drugs. I'd say prostitution . .but.. english women.. well you know.

Perhaps you have an unmortgaged NHS property somewhere?

Gawd, Phydeaux. This would be an example of 'two nations, separated by a common language'. I grasp that your intention is to take the piss - but beyond that, I'm utterly lost. Sorry. :-(

Let me know when you arrive in Arizona.

There's a bar across the parking lot.

As you may have guessed, I live in Arizona. We are repeatedly rated #1 for firearm owners. The Brady bunch does not approve of our firearm laws.

Wasn't brady raygun's mouthpiece? Wasnt raygun and his mouthpiece conservtive republicrats?

What does that have to do with anything?

The standard fare is that it is the demopubs who want to take away the guns, yet the number one gun grabber is a republicrat. That is what it has to do with.

You don't think idiots are on both sides of the aisle?

I can't remember the last time I heard a gunshot that wasn't at a shooting range. "Wild wild west" indeed; there are Bentleys, Porsches, and the occasional Ferrari parked outside of a range I frequent.

From your description, it would appear that only the rich seem to need guns. Do the "not rich" also get to own guns in arizona? Does your gun range have a bus stop for those not endowed with ferraris, bentlys and porsches?

Yes, totally, that's exactly what I meant by the majority of my posts, thanks for calling me out on it.

While your candor is appreciated, you failed to answer my questions.

We'll probably want to head out to the desert for that as shooting at the ground will get you removed from the range.

I'm not sure where your line of questioning is going.

I thought everyone knew that it was Brady's wife, not Brady himself who was behind the Brady Bunch.

Jim and sarah brady were both republicrats...dumbass.

http://www.bradycampaign.org/jim-and-sarah-brady

After graduating from the College of William and Mary in 1964, Sarah followed in her parents’ footsteps, becoming a school teacher. She taught in Virginia public school classrooms for four years before moving on to a decade-long career in Republican politics. She served as an assistant to the Campaign Director at the National Republican Congressional Committee from 1968 to 1970. Sarah then joined the staff of U.S. Representative Mike McKevitt (R-CO) as an administrative aide.

Sarah went on to hold the same position in the office of U.S. Representative Joseph J. Maraziti (R-NJ) from 1972-1974. During the next four years, Sarah served as Director of Administration and Coordinator of Field Services for the Republican National Committee.

There's a bar across the parking lot.

Do you think it is a sound practice to have a bar in close proximity to a firing range?

Contrary to you - we don't believe that range owners have the right to stop bar owners from building in any appropriately zoned location.
Similarly nor do bar owners have the right to restrict ranges.

Finally were some idiot to go drink and shoot - the odds are good that if the person were visually impaired both the bar owner and the range owner would be responsible.

You obviously have a poor opinion of your fellow citizens.

I suspect that if the range owner, or any of his employees, saw that someone had been drinking they would be "invited" to come back at a different time (possibly when hell froze over).

Now that is not what I said. If you are going to answer your own questions then I would sugest you respond to yourself and not to me.

Finally were some idiot to go drink and shoot - the odds are good that if the person were visually impaired both the bar owner and the range owner would be responsible.

Wouldn't that be a civil and not a criminal matter?
My question, had you taken the time to actually read it, speaks to "sound practices"

You obviously have a poor opinion of your fellow citizens.

That would clearly be your opinion, which you have obviously plucked out of your asshole.

What you suspect from a thousand miles away sitting in your living room with absolultely no knowledge of the situation is worth less than used toilet paper.

Makes for a good date night, especially when the range offers discounts on food at the bar.

Are you coming to Arizona to show off your much vaunted shooting skills or are you going to continue to take pot shots at comments, missing as you will no doubt miss a foot sized target?

Why do you think a foot is smaller than a heart?

It isn't smaller, but if you miss a foot you get dirt, if you miss a heart you get a lung.

If you miss a heart you "might" get a lung you "might" get air.
The point is if you cannot hit what you aim at, what good is your gun?

I see a lot from you without anything to back it up. You've had ample opportunity to prove your skills. Until you do otherwise, you're a troll that can't master the quote tag.

You seem to feel that a foot size target cannot be hit at 25 yards which would indicate that you have never been to a shooting range and have no clue about firearms.
You see the 25 yard pistol target sports a bulls eye of about 1.5 inches. Since you don't think anyone can hit foot size target at 25 yards how could they possibly hit a 1.5 inch bulls eye at 25 yards?
