So when a company is hit with a $500 dollar fine for a restroom sign that is 1" too low, that is an expense.

Perhaps you might show us where this has happened.
Or is this just something you have pulled out of your ass to put on your dinner plate?

I guess huntie is aware, at least peripherally, of reality.

Where is the column for externalities in the breakdown of corporate welfare? (e pluribus unum in terms of externalities borne by the citizenry) Heating bills pale in comparison, but even those are corporate welfare.

Interesting article. It doesn't surprise me. You'd think Obama would publicly rail against it. Since he's not, it would seem that he, like Hillary, is really only a product of corporate interest.

The rest of your post is beyond me. I haven't the faintest idea what you mean.

Oh, and again, I have no problem with corporations getting out of taxation. All corporate taxation is, is a pass through tax on to consumers. It's a little hidden tax to the middle class politicians, especially politicians like the Bern, can claim are tough on evil capitalists. When in fact it's just a burden on labor.

I do, no doubt all costs are passed onto the consumers, why not all profits passed on to the producers?

The reason is that everywhere it's been tried it has devistated the economy. While the capatolist systems has raised more people out of poverty than any other thing, or combination of things.

This is a clear admission by you of collusion amongst the corporations. Why is it that none would seek market share by maintaining the price and paying the tax?

Oh I think that happens all of the time with smart businesses. For instance, Walmart loves all of the new environmental laws because they, or companies that size, are the only ones who can afford to implement them and stay in business.

Umm, Thompson, it's big business in California. If you pay attention to the news you'll see it. My favorite Chinese restaurant stopped doing business rather than comply with the bullshit nazi lawyers who make a living going around and measuring things. The lawyers have a couple of people in wheel chairs in cahoots with them.

How does the above address the issue I raised?

Where has it been tried? Oh, like Norway, hell like the Nordic countries altogether. They are not devastated, I just checked, happier than shit.

Where has the capitalist system raised people out of poverty? times and places please, along with credible citations of causality and correlation. (Hint, do not use the US or the UK prior to say, Reagans time, which we can historically prove that since then, its been sending them into poverty, nor anyone we have a trade agreement with, particularly Japan (hell all asian countries) or anything in Europe. Feel free to demonstrate with Russia, cuz thats about what you have left.

Because of what Adam Smith and Marx really said aint gonna cut it, nor is that from the time of Washington to about Eisenhower gonna cut it either.

Nnanji, you might find the following article interesting.
http://www.mercurynews.com/breaking-news/ci_29749240/serial-ada-lawsuit-filer-striking-bay-area

As for the rest - back to the topic - which is of course climate fraud.

For the third time in four years, 4000 meteorologists do not agree with AGW - either in its original form, or its current form. While 67& of meteorologists agree that humans are responsible for a majority of global warming - that means 33 % do not. Which means, of course that the science is hardly settled now, is it.

Additionally, it says nothing about agreement with the IPCC models of CO2 forcing. And of course, it points out that temperatures were much warmer around 1000 - violating a basic tenet of the global warming hysteria that temperatures now are warmer than they've ever been.

So lets put another nail in the hypocrisy of the 97% shall we....which has never been anything but a lie. http://www.forbes.com/sites/jamestaylor/2016/04/13/another-survey-of-meteorologists-undercuts-climate-alarmism/

Ya, I saw this in the Mercury article:

However, the law is largely in Johnson's favor. Each violation, even if it involves a sign affixed to a door an inch too high or low, can carry a $4,000 civil penalty, but more importantly, the loser must pay the other party's legal fees. And the longer the case drags through court, the bigger the bill, so many businesses choose to settle. Five of the Bay Area businesses sued since October have already paid confidential settlements.

Phydeaux -> RE: So.. what moron said... (4/13/2016 11:46:56 AM)

mnottertail -> RE: So.. what moron said... (4/13/2016 12:08:13 PM)

from a fraud, and someone who not only is untutored in science, but law, accounting, GAAP, and just about everything else? The nutsucker who op-eded the bailouts were the financial system working exactly as it was supposed to?

That citation is pathetic at the Medal of Honor level.

Ja, no.......nutsucker slobber blogging, and not what the article is about in any case.

Phydeaux -> RE: So.. what moron said... (4/15/2016 7:38:47 AM)

mnottertail -> RE: So.. what moron said... (4/15/2016 9:20:11 AM)

Yeah, some pretty serious flaws in that. Why is Hansen the godfather?

Walter Broecker (1975) I should think would be that.

I will point out to the bloggers that the sun was hotter 120000 years ago as well, the entire universe was.

So, three blogging cockgarglers are pretty short of causality, or germaine comparison.

It is hard to argue with both your guff and arse spraying mayhem ass you both have clearky suckled, wilde dogs far gone with the rabies, teats.

The sun was actually cooler 120 000 years ago, nothing measurable, but what has to do with the price of cheese escapes me. Theoretically the universe was hotter, nothing measurable, but again what has that to do with the price of cheese of climate change.

Climate change: 2015 'shattered' global temperature record by wide margin
http://www.bbc.co.uk/news/science-environment-35354579

I believe NASA took to the twitter thingy yesterday to smote dangerous idiots like you spaking utter arse spraying mayhem

I know longer do long climate change posts.....but if you two bampots start yet another climate change thread I will be happy to contribute

Climate is complex the variables are truly staggering, vast and timeless.....but man most definitely contributes (and you meant 12 000 years ago village idiot)
