Help please!!
I got involved in a row, trying to defend Age play and regression from a sympathetic viewpoint and was rounded on with the suggestion that the dynamic is immoral and a possible outlet for illegal impulses.
Where does the community stand on such?

Peadophilia is not age play granted, but some people suggested to me that age play was paedophila.

I am not trying to catch anyone out here. I am earnestly trying to resolve an issue that I find a paradox.

Well, that was the argument I used, but even the "play" and make believe aspect was demonized by the Forum and I admit, I started to question my own understanding of imagination and Creativity.
Is there any culpability in make believe? Is there any moral certainty from consent?

Trying to hold my own in a vanilla Forum that is overly moralistic and reactionary is hard going and believe me I have tried to argue our case! LOL.
I hope the issue proves a bit more controversial on here though.

Okay, Einstein said there are only two things that are infinite; the universe and human stupidity... of the former I am unsure.

There should be a subtext of the later... when people are unsure, they make shit up. Think of it as "Human Stupidity; Ss2.

Some people will argue, endlessly, that their "online relationship" is as real as any other, but when they're banging, it's entirely a man and hand relationship. If I'm not immersed in her ambrosia, it's not real.

I wasn't feeling morally indignant with my response. I was just glad that the terms were defined for the OP.

I find my questions a genuine complex and bind but I despair the way do gooders and moralists trash what this community strives to explain.

Sorry. I did not mean you. I should have made it more clear I was pointing to an earlier post, but did not wish to violate TOS.

the theory is that if you want adults to act like children, you will do it with actual minors as well. Some believe it's a fine line. I'm not giving my opinion one way or the other, just throwing out a theory that is held by many.

My only opinion is, do what you want, just don't be stupid.
