yeah I shouldn't have said I don't like punishment boxes, I feel like they are cramped an by the time I get out I'm walking like quasimoto for a few hours.

We don't have a blue, pink, D, s chore system relationship. He can do laundry just as good as me, I can climb up on the roof and clean out the rain gutters just as good as he can. What needs to get done, gets done by whoever is available to do it at the time. More often than not, we do the house chores together whether it's inside or outside work, easy, clean work or get down and dirty work. The only set chores I would say we have is he does most of the cooking (he enjoys it, I despise it) and while he's cooking, I'm cleaning up after him.

we don't divide thing really by gender roles. It's mostly who is better at something.
He's better with math and numbers. I'm better at clerical, organization, social event calendars type stuff.
Neither of us are really "blue" work type of people...ie: fixing things around the house, so we usually end up hiring outside help for such things.

My Sir and I don't live together, so things are a bit different from established couples who are married or in a live-in relationship. We usually try to share the individual jobs together. We've made a ritual of making the bed together, I'll wash dishes while he dries/puts them away, he's come over to help me at my house a couple of times, and put furniture together for the elderly couple I take care of. He's better at the physical strength side of things of course, but it's more fun and goes faster with an extra set of hands, especially if the hands involve a swat or a caress!
