knee jerk reaction of nutsuckers. Feebleminded nutsuckers slobbering never reduces to actual fact. i.e.: Benghazi!!! Benghazi!!! Benghazi!!! Seizure of Bird Sanctuary, JadeHelm, Faux Nuze, Breitbart, DailyCaller, and so on.
What statute was violated?

am tempted to just put this:

quote:

LOL. What if we held an election and nobody could come due to incarceration?

but as I suspect some reading comprehension problems prior to the juvenile ranting and flailing, i'll also post this:

quote:

Massachusetts Secretary of State William Galvin’s website says, “On Election Day, certain activities are prohibited within the polling location and within 150 feet of the polling place,” including the “solicitation of votes for or against, or any other form of promotion or opposition of, any person or political party.”...

Galvin, a Democrat, downplayed the controversy.

“He had the right to go into the polling locations, and say ‘Hello’ to workers who were there. The issue is, you can’t go inside and say, ‘Vote for my wife,’ or ‘Vote for Hillary,’ ” Galvin told the Boston Globe.

The Globe reported that’s precisely what Clinton did.

No reading comprehension problems, in fact, the fact that I require facts is what set it off, and facts being something nutsuckers eschew as a matter of course, I read the MA statutes (in and around c 56 and c 65) and don't see that sort of language in them.

https://malegislature.gov/Laws/GeneralLaws/PartI/TitleVIII/Chapter54/Section65

So, I cannot find the language of any statute he violated. Websites don't really mean shit, particularly when they are quoted by nutsuckers, from nutsucker slobberblogs. The Globe is DailyMail sort of nutsuckerism.

No, he didn't violate any Massachusetts laws. Its just conservative morons whom, as 'Tail points out, attack mindlessly without evidence or facts being on their side.

Last I checked, getting one's photo and shaking hands is.....NOT.....a violation of any laws within the country. Yes, he showed up at a polling station....WITH A FRIEND. Unlike past Republican Presidents, the people of Massachusetts do like Mr. Clinton and wouldn't mind shaking hands/getting a selfie with him. Yes, there are rules that the poll station workers must maintain a certain level of professionalism; but how often do they have a US President in their polling station? Once in a life time?

Where are all the people whom are charging Clinton with a violation of law on charging Cruz for...ACTUALLY....breaking federal law (not just state law) when he and others sent a letter to the Iraq regime out of step of the normal diplomatic process? That's right....

...Completely...
.......AND........
...Absolutely....
......QUIET......

Yeah its 'OK' for conservatives to break laws, but not liberals, right? Bunch of HYPOCRITES!

The Dallas Morning News reported that the activity wasn't a clear-cut case of breaking election law, and fell into ambiguous territory:

So did Bill Clinton break Massachusetts election laws? Only if he was actively campaigning when he went inside the polling stations, which doesn’t seem to be the case.

Did the pack of people traveling with him make things a little inconvenient for voters? Probably. Did it rise to the level of a crime? Probably not. HERE

Brian McNiff, spokesman for the secretary of the commonwealth of Massachusetts, says shaking hands alone isn't prohibited. Explicit campaigning is what's banned within 150 feet of a polling places.

"Just meeting people doesn't constitute campaigning," McNiff told CNN. "We received no information that anything like that happened."

His office said it reached out to the Clinton campaign Tuesday "just to remind them about the 150 foot rule."

It's true that Bill Clinton's Super Tuesday activities in Massachusetts caught the attention of state officials, and that between stops, the Clinton campaign was reminded by Galvin's office of "the 150 foot rule." However, McNiff told reporters that the office was unaware of any specific violations, and did not indicate that officials believed any laws had been broken.

I have another problem. ALL I've seen is 'election' laws or 'general election' laws. Would somebody here please tell me just who was being 'elected ?'

http://www.sec.state.ma.us/ele/legalsum.htm

there is the secy state. and I checked his statute citations and somebody fucked up, but not clinton.

Funny how nutsucker slobber blogs and Dallas nutsuckers are overreaching here, because elections are a states rights issue, and Clinton has violated no Federal law, and the nutsuckers can shit their pants and sign their petition....but the Atty Gen of MA will decide if a law was broken and if there will be a summons (its more or less gross misdemeanor, like Ws DUI and cocaine possession) and they are not going to run around and fly across the country to collar him.

But as usual with nutsucker slobber blogs, this can be dismissed out of hand.

Benghazi!!!! Benghazi!!!! Benghazi!!!!

Clinton is trying to take your election away!!!!

Well first of all, those 'elections' are not for specific delegates on ballots and none were going to hold 'elective' office and every source I've found at Google, has 'election' or 'general election' laws concerning campaigning on 'election' day. i.e., not primary 'election' or voting day.

And in any case, what did he say, I hope you vote for Hillary, but whoever you vote for; vote...........that is pretty hard to demonstrate as 'campaigning for'

And just to redirect. The newspaper says several sources confirm that Bill was saying vote for Hillary.

They gave two quotes "pull the lever for hillary" was one of them

the distinction you might be trying to make there seems to border on the absurd.

as if we'd have laws and rules for polling places for the general election, but not the same laws and rules for the same polling places, which are engaging in essentially the same practice, that is collecting and counting ballots, in the primary election.

How much stupider can people get ? I am not even talking about voters here, but those who do the campaigning. You see signs on a front lawn and vote for that guy ? You go to a voting station have no idea for whom to vote and any huckster out front can sway you ? Are you fucking kidding me ?

If that is the way it is, you got the representation you deserve.

It is still illegal to urge people to vote for any candidate inside a polling place.
Unless, of course, your name is Clinton

Personally, i think Bill should be arrested. I doubt it will happen, but it should. Hillary knew where the campaign would be close and used Bill to sway the vote. And what he did is illegal in mass. The Clintons are a disgrace to the United States and Democrats, this coming from someone that voted for Obama twice

I completely agree, although back when obama was against Hillary she also used some sleazy, underhanded methods against him. It was her who helped to perpetuate the idea that he was un-American after all. Her methods are nothing short of desperate and pathetic, I'm just hoping voting democrats can see that and choose the one option who is avoiding this kind of mud slinging and chooses to focus on the issues relevant to everyone: Bernie Sanders.

Not my people, these are pants shitting nutsuckers. Again no fact. In fantasy people such as nutsuckers believe they are the guardians of the universe, but in their hallucintatory world it is not true, they are the toiletlickers in the Minneapolis airport bathroom.

Lessee here. this is not OK but it was OK for Blacks to scare Whites away from voting places. And it was OK for Whites to close the roads between Black neighborhoods and voting places..

I got no love for the Clintons, but come on, this is really clutching at straws.

And also note that the only reason I am even remotely interested in the election is because we got a couple of people who are not supported by the parties. Any other time, it really doesn't matter. With the partying motherfuckers it is just a matter of does the war start in April, May or June ? We might not be allowed to say but we know who runs the parties and we know what they want. And now we know people are voting against this shit. I find it interesting, though almost irrelevant. Things that shall be shall be, all you are voting on is the timetable. The schedule.

Why bother ? I'll just work, fukit.
