We have a poster here who has been fighting cancer for years. He really did spend 25% of the days during 2015 in the hospital at various points. It wasn't one, long hospital stay. He was in and out.
This particular poster also happens to be gay. In a very vile and malicious way, she attacked this person for his sexual orientation. I'm the person who reported that post. I wish I would have kept a copy.
So, what she's trying to say now is that she only said those things because she was drunk, and, oh yes, it's because of family struggles. She did post a thread to the poly board, which talks about how her sister was engaging in sex outside of the marriage because they were having a kink life. http://www.collarchat.com/m_4889052/tm.htm Since she decided that she didn't like that, she's running around in her drunk calling anybody poly whores and attacking people for the kinks or ways of life she doesn't approve of. She has also decided that submissive men aren't "real men," sadistic women (not men, mind you) are horrible human beings, and any kink she doesn't approve of somehow violates whatever right and wrong she's decided to pass.
What she's doing, in her so-called excuse for a drunken stupor, is trying to get those folks who are het, male D/female s folks to stand with her, "be her brother," and support her hate-filled speech. It's not *her* tragedy that's going on in her family. It's her sister's. The same sister that, by her criteria, would be just as much of a whore as anybody else. Oh, but it's ok, because she said those things when she was drunk on a binge.
Unlike other folks, I won't beg her to stop drinking or attend AA. It's a fool's errand. She won't quit drinking one minute before she decides it's time for her to quit. But, her drinking, her hypocrisy, and any other decisions she is making are on her. Other people might make for easy targets, but her choices are on her.
