No. While there are similarities in all great leaders, Mussolini for example believed in a hierarchy of races whereas Trump believes not all people are great but all races have people who are great and does not equate purity of race to greatness. Instead, he equates greatness of a nation with the greatness of her people, regardless of race. He believes great people are not committing crimes or crossing orders illegally and a great nation is fed by industry and protects it's industry and is wealthy enough to protect it's great citizens and it's citizens demand greatness in their government.

Trump is not a fascist but he does believe the republic that was America has been compromised and that we must be stronger and focused in commerce and defense and Constitutional protections just as our founders designed this American nation and so therefore reduce the government's role to only those needs; Commerce and Defense. The rest of the responsibilities will return to the states and the towns and the people themselves for only through rising to challenges in life does one rise to greatness.

We the People of the United States, in Order to form a more perfect Union, establish Justice, insure domestic Tranquility, provide for the common defense, promote the general Welfare, and secure the Blessings of Liberty to ourselves and our Posterity, do ordain and establish this Constitution for the United States of America.

So, nor more throwing "civil rights" into this nor defining universal free healthcare that cripples the nation as necessary for "blessings of liberty" or "a more perfect union" or the biggy, "promote the general welfare".

Trump and the majority call that what it is, bullshit. This is the America one can find just a little while after Trump takes office. He has vision, he knows how bad it is and knows what causes it and knows what will fix it and it will be painful for many but the bubble that is the weak and bankrupt and divided America must be burst in his opinion.

This is a far cry from Mussolini. It is very close to Caesar Augustus at the fall of a Roman Republic beset by immigration failures, racial divisiveness, welfare, unemployment and a weak military. Pax Americana.

Our labor participation rate was the worst since 1978. But think of it, GDP below zero, horrible labor participation rate.

And our real unemployment is anywhere from 18 to 20 percent. Don’t believe the 5.6. Don’t believe it.

That’s right. A lot of people up there can’t get jobs. They can’t get jobs, because there are no jobs, because China has our jobs and Mexico has our jobs. They all have jobs.
...Our enemies are getting stronger and stronger by the way, and we as a country are getting weaker. Even our nuclear arsenal doesn’t work.

It came out recently they have equipment that is 30 years old. They don’t know if it worked.
..We have a disaster called the big lie: Obamacare. Obamacare.

Yesterday, it came out that costs are going for people up 29, 39, 49, and even 55 percent, and deductibles are through the roof. You have to be hit by a tractor, literally, a tractor, to use it, because the deductibles are so high, it’s virtually useless.
...Now, our country needs — our country needs a truly great leader, and we need a truly great leader now. We need a leader that wrote “The Art of the Deal.”

...We need a leader that can bring back our jobs, can bring back our manufacturing, can bring back our military, can take care of our vets. Our vets have been abandoned.

And we also need a cheerleader...

...But he (Obama) wasn’t a cheerleader. He’s actually a negative force. He’s been a negative force. He wasn’t a cheerleader; he was the opposite.

...We need somebody that can take the brand of the United States and make it great again. It’s not great again.

...We need — we need somebody — we need somebody that literally will take this country and make it great again. We can do that.

And, I will tell you, I love my life. I have a wonderful family. They’re saying, “Dad, you’re going to do something that’s going to be so tough.”

You know, all of my life, I’ve heard that a truly successful person, a really, really successful person and even modestly successful cannot run for public office. Just can’t happen. And yet that’s the kind of mindset that you need to make this country great again.

So ladies and gentlemen…

I am officially running…

… for president of the United States, and we are going to make our country great again.


Those afraid of Trump are actually afraid of an America great again. It was not comfortable for some to live in a great America.

As far as Trump himself. No, one is not reminded of Mussolini or Hitler. Instead we have a great and very successful American leader. He is an American Eagle and we need more of them.

I don't think Trump's ideological positions are all that relevant, when comparing him to Mussolini. It's the image that counts, right down to the core. He's an ultra-populist - therein lies the most important comparison. He's tapped into the lowest common denominator and wants to continue doing so. *That's* the aspect of Trump that makes him such a potential menace. As for the way he looks when he's on stage - yep, all of Mussolini's braggadocio. All the chest-puffing, the snarling, glaring-eyed stuff - he does all that. He's the perfect image of 'The Great Leader' in the eyes of those who've grown up believing that having a forehead is unAmerican.

It's fascinating....Trump wants the lower income folks to pay "something" and the upper income folks to pay"substantially" more.

Sanders wants only the wealthy to pay "substantially more".

I do *seriously* believe that Trump has and will attract expertise on economic matters that will put everyone back to work in a way that Obama the Community Organizer could never do and indeed reorganize cities such that they operate smoothly again and are the pride of America and looked on with envy by the world, he is a genius at getting the right people working on the right problems and being successful while overcoming failures.

I do *seriously* believe that Trump has and will attract expertise on economic matters that will put everyone back to work in a way that Obama the Community Organizer could never do and indeed reorganize cities such that they operate smoothly again and are the pride of America and looked on with envy by the world, he is a genius at getting the right people working on the right problems and being successful while overcoming failures.



I do seriously believe this is what the Executive Branch is supposed to do in it's role envisioned by the founders.
