What the hell are you talking about... In my state 30 years ago it was against the law to carry a concealed weapon... there were no CC laws. There was no need for detectors in schools or anywhere else... that only came about when the cc laws and Republican gun craze for votes made it possible for crazy people to get guns legally. Tell me what has changed over those years... not a damn thing except gun laws and the number of guns on the streets. Butch

Personally I wonder why anybody would want to have concealed carry laws. Wouldn't the whole idea of a gun for self defense work better if you carried your gun openly?

I will clarify a little. I work in the bar industry. One part of my job is cutting off drunks when they have had enough, and if people are going to be allowed to have guns when they are getting drunk, then I sure as fuck want to know which unruly drunk I am going to piss off by cutting him off has a gun.
