My date the other night was commenting about all the other couples in the restaurant, both on their phones rather than talking to each other.

I told him, "This is the "IN THING" now! If you want to have a conversation and don't want people to hear what you are saying, text each other!"

Haha, which is why maybe your sons are texting their girlfriends, despite just sitting beside them, they don't want mommy to hear what they are saying.

I love texting a man sex stuffs, when I am sitting right across the table with him in a restaurant, having dinner, knowing we are heading to the bedroom later. Things I don't wanna say aloud.

My sons all seem to have embarrassing their mom with too much information kinks. Their girlfriends, however, probably preferred to sext my sons when around me so you may be on to something.
