I've done pro domination for almost 17 years and have never once asked for money prior to a meeting. I don't believe any legitimate Domina would require that sort of "deposit". Perhaps you should attend a local munch or event and ask to be introduced to a few Domina's who may be able to direct you to someone who isn't scamming.
