I usually order needles on Amazon. If you have Prime you can get them shipped overnight. There are quite a lot of vendors on there that sell them.

The needles in the 2nd photo look like my old pink cap Nipro brand needle 18 g, 1 1/2" long. I found Nipros at some East Coast medical suppliers in boxes of 100 for about 10 bucks w/o shipping cost. However, eBay has them for $7.49 + $1.94 shipping so that's under 10 bucks/hundred delivered (link below). I ordered a couple boxes.

Thank you for your links and posts. My slave usually does the shopping so I was temporally at loss because she works 3 day weekends/double shifts at the hospital and it is a 45 drive minute drive each way. She only gets about 6 hours sleep at best on weekends. When she told me our old source stopped carrying them, I wasn't going to task her to find a new source this weekend. So I went ahead and mentioned it in the OP. Who knows, maybe one of you has a source for those 18 g Exel style 3.5" spinal needles for less than $90 (box of 50)? I am gonna keep digging around and will post any special deals I find because I looked through my needle kit and we need to stock up on everything except piercing needles and suspension hooks.

Just an FYI. I have found that 18 g is the smallest gauge suitable for my needle play. But I play rough. I cork the tips and roughhouse a bit, slapping and even caning the needles. Anything smaller than 18 g tends to bend or break. I like 14 g better but 18 is workable.

Speaking of playing rough, about my posting those picks... those are the mild socially acceptable pictures. I don't know what you guys do in your local public dungeons, but around here needle play and surgical cutting are typical scenes, multiple times during an evening. In fact, our dungeon supplies us with visqueen tarps for knife play/blood sport. I didn't mean to make anyone cringe, grab their titties or feel I violated some visual internet protocol. Hell, I didn't put any genital shots up because I though I was being politically correct. So I hope you understand my perspective in that was my attempt to be visually conservative. Sorry if you got torqued by it, but you are being oversensitive reacting negatively to it.

For those that do enjoy pictures of needle play, the rest of that needle play from the OP with 36 needles in her lower half, some other pictures of decorative cutting and cupping/blood letting is posted on our fet profiles. And if you want to see a sequin ribbon zipper with hundreds of needles, check out "TeamFluffy" on fet. If you are not familiar with TeamFluffy, the group gives great edge play/blood play workshops, sell barb free hooks, make barbed wire floggers, host a camp and etc etc.

Medical supply company's often list their supplier's entire catalogue. The average doctor's office doesn't usually need a cranioclast but it's on the vendor's list. Spinal needles come in some amazing lengths and sizes.
