He was here, last week, at the local Mohegan Sun arena. I didn't go. He's not my choice.

As a journalist, though, I did go to the arena, looking for possible protests, etc. There were a few. The usual, unemployed (except for their Move-On paychecks), ne'er-do-wells who have nothing better to do. None of them wanted to be interviewed (I guess because I didn't have a TV camera).

There was no violence. I mused that maybe it was because the numbers were just insurmountable and any attempt at physical violence would end swiftly with a bunch of very bruised George Soros employees.

Maybe people are just more civilized in NorthEast Pennsyltucky. Nah, I doubt it.

since you seem to be incapable of not insulting people, the least you might do is make your comments germane to what is actually being said? there is nowhere in the guys post where he directly states, or even implies, he is for "stopping dissent."

Well, if the Liberal (which used to be pronounced: "free-thinking" for those of you in Poughkeepsie) or Democratic Party hadn't gone so far left, the line between "Liberal" and "Communist" wouldn't be quite so blurred.

There was a time when "Liberal" wasn't as dirty a word as it is, today. You can thank the creeping of European Socialism/Nanny Statist thought into this country (another good argument for closed borders).

I want to know how hard it is when you can borrow a million and then inherit $50 mill from dad ? In fact, it's been done, if he had just put his inheritance in the S & P 500, he would over the same time, have as much or more than he does now and...without screwing any lenders, investors or employees.
