We waited 3 hours to get in and one of the last to get a seat. The line went on and on and on...6000 people didn't get in and heard the event from outside. A very high energy positive wait. You could feel the buzz, it was like bees making honey. Then the church bells started ringing, manually pulled, the non perfect sound which was very beautiful. So many people and the buzz went quiet for awhile. Rounding the turn was a cowboy with an old guitar stamped the trump train, singing orginal trump campaign songs, as you passed him, the national news truck was open and they were milling around the line, interviewing. I talked with many supporters and what wonderful respectful fun people they are and straight forward too, which was very refreshing. After going through high security, which was quite exciting really, because there were men in black everywhere... We entered into the doors of a very old historical building, which is amazing btw, copper ceilings balconies, and until 2 years ago was in jeopardy of going to ruin. A free trader bought it and is restoring it to its orginal glory. The event was extremely well organized and we were seated in I would say close to the very last seats available, literally. It was an honor to be there. The United States flag bigger then life behind the stage and you knew you were experiencing something way bigger and beyond you. Supporters spoke of it and the energy flew. The Donald was precisely on time. Although he had at least 3 other rallies he was attending that day, requiring flying to each one. He was his typical to the point, sometimes insulting self. Lol. He spoke of being tough and some people not liking it but the people he was with love it! Admire the crassness and the non perfect political correctness. He spoke of his foreign affairs policy, and negative campaigns against him, and dishonesty. He spoke of he reasons of how and why and who. He spoke of respecting women, military vets. He spoke of our jobs leaving our country. He spoke candidly of not hating Mexico or China but how their leaders were master chess players and our political leaders were poor to bad checker players.... Lol. The Donald is highly misunderstood because of his exterior appearance he shows. He definitely has the power and presence of Hitler, but hitler was evil. The Donald has a great heart under that crassness. Oh and he loves Jews... Just thought I would throw that into it. He is a brilliant man. Before his speech, we all prayed, it was pure magic, a beautiful girl sang our national anthem and we stood for the pledge and our song. The Donald, I know could felt the support! Only one boo during his speech, the rest blow the roof off cheers. He patiently milled with the crowd, but we left because I do not do large crowds well for very long. Unfortunately I did not wait to meet him but the experience and presence was worth the time for sure. I never saw protesters until we left, hurling insults from across the street. Due to all the violence in past events I believe they seperated us. I'm proud to say not one arrest was made nor violent eruption. May 1, 2016. Also named Mayday! If you know history you know what the term means. Vote in the primaries tomorrow!!!! Fun facts: The county I live in has uncannily predicted 30 out of 32 presidential elections. When I left the building and the insults were being hurled I did a modified dance like this at them with my Trump sign for fun! I'm crazy like that. http://youtu.be/QhSROXv6k9U
