If you click on LP's profile and send her a note, you do know her name. It's the one on the profile. Being too lazy to address her by her screen name does not show you to be a desirable partner. When you tell people that you can't handle a rejection from a stranger, it says that you have enormous issues that you need to work on. Go to therapy, go to self help groups. Or do nothing and be shocked when nothing changes. And who the hell do you think you are to tell us that we have no right to do whatever we feel is necessary to protect ourselves? There's not a woman on earth who doesn't feel uncomfortable or afraid at the hands of strange men. Online death threats aren't as bad as real life ones, but they're still bad enough that we have no responsibility to court more of them. Moreover, men who refuse to accept a woman's need to protect herself, in exactly the manner that you have done, are the ones most likely to send those very unpleasant emails. Please note that anyone who is interested in you can read this forum post and is going to decide that you aren't someone she wants to know. Because you cross limits repeatedly. You disregard what women say, what they want and need, and nobody wants a partner who marginalizes and diminishes them.

This wastes her time and makes her time on the site more unpleasant because she's confronted with abusive emails. The fact that the site is unpleasant for her increases the odds of her leaving. This means that there are now less available women on the site, which decreases your chances of finding a woman who will be interested in talking to you. If by some chance, the woman who is interested in you has not yet left the site, and you manage to find her, she will also have far less time available to actually talk to you, and get to know you, because part of the limited time she's got available every day to spend on this site, she'll be spending on reading mail from, and replying to mail from, men she isn't interested in. So after you have found her, and are attempting to build a relationship with her online, of the two hours or so she's got every day to spend on this site, she'll have to spend about half on mails from guys she's not interested in, instead of actually talking to you. If I was a guy, I know what my preference would be for sure...

I always find it interesting that men like blaming the women for how other men taught us to behave. We have learned that 90% of the men will abuse us if we reply. But, yet....I don't see you calling out the guys that act like assholes. Only the women that choose avoid potential interactions with those assholes.
