According to research, sites like match.com and OKcupid have 96.25% dead profiles. So if you send out 100 emails, it will only reach 3 - 4 subscribed people. Most likely you won't get any responses.

However, on this site, if you write to 10 Pro-Dommes, probably all 10 will respond.

I believe the only people who should spend time thinking about that are the suckers who repeatedly pay strangers for their attention then start numerous threads whining about it.

You have chosen to compare paid sites with collarspace.

The "dead" profiles are those that exist but are worthless because they are not paid and can do no more than look at pretty pictures.

I have personally found that if I write a message, it will get responded to maybe 20% of the time. Your hypothetical 100% of Pro Dommes responding assumes that someone is writing to pro Dommes in the first place, and also pulls a number out of thin air.

Please note that I will not write if the profile shows no activity in the last four or five months. So I'm screening out another kind of dead profile.

I agree 100 emails is excessive and will be cut and paste worthless blather. 3 per month seems way too low for someone who is actually looking for a partner.

Why is one a week too low?

I sent out no mails, and my inbox is full every day.

Behold my utter splendor I have explained all sites everywhere, many times. I am glad you have read that particular article I posted on your other thread and decided to bastardize part of my reply..i have posted that link on many threads and many sites to be clear as i dislike making up figures...and many independent surveys

To be clear the CO of okcupid wrote that article some time ago and deleted it off google etc, when match bought them over. His maths was sound regarding sites like match.com

Cites 20% - not bad, but not correct - far from it, he just knows better than to mail fakes and dubious profiles.
I always cite 1-3/20 for me and that is down to my looks initially, secondary- profile text perhaps

incidentally if you sent out 100 mails on this site or fetlife only 20% (10-30%) would actually reach genuine women max - and that is before you factor in married and attached attention whores who soul purpose it is to absorb, for parasites feed on that, as it nourishes them. And then you have to break them down into their individual components Top bottom etc looking for, not looking

as for you OP why would you email 100% pro dommes. Personally sometimes I do and fakes when I am full of the pixies. The mood takes today after this one i will mail one (they are not all real btw) and enquire do men pay for the monstrosity that is you and should you not be declared a war (lifestyle) crime

I send about one a week, maybe two.
I can usually say that I get a response within 24 hours or sometimes not at all.
My response rate is certainly higher than 75% on average.

that has been pretty close to my experience.

the tremendously overwhelmingly majority of my messages either go unopened, deleted unread, or unanswered.

Why the fuck don't you just turn off the computer and go out and meet women in the real world? It has a proven track record, it has worked successfully for thousands of years, in fact it works so damned well that there are now nearly 8 billion people.
