Today: 51% don't want Syrian Refugees In the Past: 1939 - 61% don't want Jewish Children Refugees 1958 - 55% don't want Hungarians fleeing Communism 1979 - 57% don't want Vietnamese fleeing Communism 1939 - 67% No children from Germany 1947 - 57% No Additional European Refugees 1980 - 71% No cubans 1994 - 80% No cubans 1994 - 77% No Haitians 1946 - 72% No European Refugees I go this from the Daily Show (6:21), although, I hate how they are trying to say it's a race thingy, WHEN clearly back then, majority oppose Europeans Refugees too. And 51% is progress!

And 51% is progress! You forgot the Canadians. When my dad was 4 his family moved here and they used to sit outside his house and chant "canook canook canary bird, fly away home"

[:D] yeah and remember how it turned out for them, now its our turn think about it need help here well how about the fundamentals that have been lost in our culture due to the increase of immigrants? loss of rights to pray, to pledge allegiance to the flag , to recite our national anthem in schools, to our mom and pop stores being forced out of business by over taxing in place of fast food chains-convenience stores-nickel and dime stores that are given to refugees with tax exempt status and free taxes for 10 years and when that is up they can be sold to a family member and the tax session starts over, and don't think they are hiring average Americans no they keep the positions available for family only. right to bear arms, right to civil liberties, what about all of these foreign national countries that are tired of their elderly and their poor and they ship them here with a one way ticket and state don't come back, and we don't say anything because of deals with economic trades that are taken behind closed doors we did it to the indians did we, let see here, we took their land, told them they couldn't hunt in areas, bought and sold them as slaves, wiped em out by over populating areas and developing the lands, turned beautiful land into slums and industry, slaughtered their faiths, their way of life, turned their ideals into ours, took away their rights, plain and simple i guess its our turn now ehh?

Nope i sure didn't, however as for your statement about US fighting back, lol that will not happen anytime soon, as long as we have pc's and chat rooms like this to goto we'll have a place to vent our frustrations, but imagine for a moment if we didn't have internet, we'd already be at the white house's steps and beating down congress's doors demanding a change....

Always worth remembering when people start bitching about immigration restrictions. It should also be remembered that white Americans aren't "bitching" about immigrants, they are "bitching" about ILLEGAL immigrants, there is a difference you know.
