I like the song but, by thunder is the video bloody awful. Kate, clearly not a natural dancer; one bloke with a camera, dry-ice machine that's so feeble it could actually be the smoke from a fire she and the cameraman have just built ... all happening in what I think is one of London's parks. I bet her friends take the piss out of her for it to this very day ....

Any contenders for Worst Music Video Ever?

Virtually any video done by Robert Plant ("Addicted to Love," etc.).
The only way you can tell the person in the video is not a life-size cardboard cutout of Plant, is that once in a great while a drop of sweat rolls down the side of his face.

Sometimes I feel sorry for the session musicians. These are the people who the record company gets to do accompaniments for this sort of diabolical ear-acid. The poor sods must think, 'God, has my life come to *this*?'

Status: offline 		Trust me, there's a lot lower a session musician can sink than playing on cruddy single for a failed attempt to manufacture a pop band. Somebody has to provide the backing music for shoddy versions of the Rock Horror Show or Cats, after all...

I believe you. I once knew the guy who did the keyboards for 'Video Killed the Radio Star' ... after that, he got out of session-work pronto. He hated it. He knew that the song would keep him going for a long, long while - it was that successful.

They can't sing, they look terrible, the woman at the back looks like she's dancing to a different song .... But what I can make out of the lyrics suggest that it's a *very* heavy song. And there are what look like corpses in the video.

Yet when I posted a 'Bristol version' piss-take on FB I got some *very* stony responses from friends in Michigan. (I said something like 'It's so warm in the B, how the Dickens to we get cool?')

Status: offline 		OK, it's not a music video, but this thread reminded me of some Japanese models I saw doing the most bizarre dancing at car shows.

The music seems to be disconnected from and has nothing to do with what the models are doing.

White men can't jump and these Japanese girls can't dance. The one of the left looks like she is having an epileptic fit or something. If I met one of these cute chicks in a club and then she started dancing like this, I would never consider banging her in fear that what she had was contagious or that I would be taking advantage of the mentally ill.

After several painful experiences, I have to settled on this one because it is so bad, it is funny as hell. The lyrics for this techno gem are in broken English and hilarious. Truly something to behold. I watched the whole thing just to see what they would say next. My slave is sitting next to me cracking up. I promise it's worth a peak.
