If it were up to me to answer that question, I would have to start by asking that all political candidacies be nullified as none of them have the right to make decisions for all of the countries political or ecological views or morals for that matter, out of that an to place a response onto the Mosquito response, in reality there are over 3500 to 4000 species of Mosquito's, and out of those 4000 Mosquito's only about a 100 of them draw from the human population, as for what they are good for, how about food for birds, fish, reptiles, amphibians, and other insects, they are also known to be pollinators for some vegetation as well as provide nitrogen for aquatic plants by digesting other water born organisms.
As for what i would ask for, I would ask for a reset in humanity, a brief pause for what we all take for granted each and every day, the ability to be self dependent and less reliant on outside resources, I would ask for less bureaucracy and more humanitarian reliefs, examples : on a reset scale, remove our dependencies on carbon based products, Oil and fuels, silicons and by products, Lithium, lead, chromates, Alloys, rubbers, and the internet, basically put drop a EMP bomb on a global scale and reset our advancements which have been proven to be our worst achievements as human beings as they cause more harm then good.
i would stop looking at individual needs and start looking as a global need and let that be the guide to follow, i would ask that all borders and land values be set aside for the better of the human species and not to be used as a means to get rid of or control the populations which is the cause of more strife then good, i would ask that the rights of the elderly be observed and that those living should be given the honorary title of elder and those under should look up to and follow their lead instead of believing their young values and needs should come first. I would ask that instead of looking to other nations and policies of standard living be allowed to be observed only in their respectful nations and that if any wish to move elsewhere that their values should be given up in place of the next relocation as this would alleviate 99% of the worlds current issues. I would ask that instead of countries going to war and loosing mass lives in order to obtain such a goal or needs it would be left to those that want to goto war in the first place, In essence throw them into a ring with a couple swords and let the victor be the one that wins, in this theory i think IMO wars would be lessened, and lives would be saved. I would ask that all weapons and the means to create them to be eradicated from our memories and lives, the right to bear arms is one thing, but the right to bear arms is more talked about then the civil rights to take care of our own elderly or that of the homeless people, poor people are walked on and over in everyday life styles and yet everyone scrambles to throw their arms up and have long drawn out political debates about and over people who throw money out the window just so they can gain political views.... no i wouldn't ask for people to be eradicated from living or to be killed, I would however ask that for those that are looking to do harm to another be allowed the right to see their future and how that action would cause their demise and that of those they oppressed.
