I'm completely impartial and objective when giving advice if they share with me what's going on. My personal opinion does not matter when dishing out advice to help a child or teenager to make their own choices. My judgement towards parents who neglect their children though, is not the same as offering unconditional neutral support to a child. quote: How are you going to teach the brats how to get to the library or the nearest park or their friend's house when not mom or dad or aunt or uncle is available to the task when they feel like going there?
