Ok, so conclusion is, they are just men being men, and this is not normal.

I mean, under personal time at nude beaches and things like that. I wouldn't raise an eyebrow about it.

But if travelling together for business reasons as a team.

Staying in the same hotel and stuffs. And then hanging out together at the pool. And the women take off their tops to sun bathe.

I personally find that unprofessional, but the gist of it is, I was just trying to find out if this is just my Asian thoughts, OR like do Europeans generally feel there is nothing wrong with this.

If it's a cultural difference in thoughts, then I accept that, it is normal in their culture. But if it is not, then it's just men being men, being more than happy about the view.

On an unrelated note, the Park Hilton in Munich was one of the most popular hotels for musicians, we always wondered why. It was not a bad hotel, just a bit further away from the action than the usual hotels in the city center... During one music business party I brought it up and how much it puzzles me, the answer was pretty simple, it overlooked the English Garden and the the nudist zones, however none of the musicians ever had the balls to ask for a room overlooking the nudist area, so it was hit and miss, but they all came equipped with binoculars.
Made me laugh, you'd think rockstars have their pick and there are hundreds of nubile girls willing to drop the clothes and parade around naked and more, however it's not as exciting as looking down at perfectly average bodies sunbathing in the buff... Something your average European mainlander just goes "Yeah, they aren't wearing clothes, what's the big deal?"

Most of us over here mix business with pleasure and relaxation.
But importantly, we see them as completely separate things and not one as part of the other.

You can quite happily be part of a business team and also enjoy relaxation together and if that involves people going topless or nude, so be it.
As LC said, we don't attach nudity to sexuality like you seem to be doing.
In areas where this is allowed, we think no more of it than going for a drink or a meal.
It's not a case of 'nothing wrong with it' at all; it's all in context of where you are and the people involved.

And I would say that the average European is probably more liberal in their outlook than Asians or Muslims.
It's all to do with the society that you're brought up in.
