Peon...I do think his appeal is simple… White middle class Americans are tired of being blamed for all the problems in America and the world…even if we do deserve a good portion. Trump is their middle finger to the politically correct. They are angry at being accused as racist…they are angry that their values are being ignored and attacked…and they are angry that their elected representatives do not follow their wishes.

They are willing to overlook Trumps faults as long as he continues to say what they think in their anger. To many he is a defender of their culture that they feel slipping away. I believe authoritarianism is as for from the reason as can be. Americans do not need like or desire authority... it is just not in us.

Are you hearing about all the violent trump supporters at other candidates rallies? Nope.

Just at Flump's own rallies, where he's promised to pay their legal fines if their victim ends up prosecuting them for assault.
quote:

I actually attended a trump rally and had to walk past the protesters, I sized them up and checked them out as they hurled insults.
Most had blue hair or some kind of variation of color, most had many tattoos, women with short butch you haircuts dressed like men, and men dressed like women. A few norms mixed in but they all were heavily policed because they were loud and on the verge of violence.
These are the people you defend.

So which of these was it who physically attacked you, then?

I was not physically attacked because they were behind a yellow divider with three armed police with their hand on their weapon patrolling. Trust me without that, it would have became violent.

Projecting much?

thats funny....from your own post http://www.collarchat.com/fb.asp?m=4905280
you said

I never saw protesters until we left, hurling insults from across the street. Due to all the violence in past events I believe they seperated us. I'm proud to say not one arrest was made nor violent eruption.
May 1, 2016. Also named Mayday! If you know history you know what the term means. Vote in the primaries tomorrow!!!!
Fun facts:
The county I live in has uncannily predicted 30 out of 32 presidential elections.

When I left the building and the insults were being hurled I did a modified dance like this at them with my Trump sign for fun! I'm crazy like that.

Why are you finding humor easy Lucy goosy?
I waved my trump sign. We had to cross the street to go past the protesters to get to the parking garage. Are you trying to mAke me out as a liar? There were no arrests because the place was guarded like the Kings palace and that's the only reason. I didn't show my ass lie I do on here but I did give the stare down. I had no desire to give nothing but a defeating smile.
Now you on the other hand I would gladly go to jail if you had been a protester and I knew it. Your head snatched bald and your boobs deflated before the police pulled me ft of you.

Yet all of the violence at these shindigs has come from the protestors, rather than the Flumpheads...

Do you know why I come here?
This place is a gauge.
Some people are on my radar.
I'm speaking words which is free speech as so many cry about.
Guess what, I'm entitled, whether you like what I say or not.
I neither condone nor want violence but frumptons are very capable of protecting the right people. Step to the left please.

Do you really believe that, Butch?

Here's what T W Adorno - the social theorist who coined the term - ascribes to 'the authoritarian personality':

"The Authoritarian Personality "invented a set of criteria by which to define personality traits, ranked these traits and their intensity in any given person on what it called the 'F scale' (F for fascist)."[1] The personality type Adorno et al. identified can be defined by nine traits that were believed to cluster together as the result of childhood experiences. These traits include conventionalism, authoritarian submission, authoritarian aggression, anti-intellectualism, anti-intraception, superstition and stereotypy, power and "toughness", destructiveness and cynicism, projectivity, and exaggerated concerns over sex"

I'm not sure what you are saying here... I will agree that many Americans have a domineering personality and this is why they rebel against authority.

Otherwise I do not think they would migrate to Trump because he is an authoritarian out of fear. It is not" fear" to be aware of the possibility of terrorism and be prepared. It is just the can do and I'll do it attitude many Americans have.

Butch

The "can do and I'll do it attitude that most Americans have"

What is it that individual Americans (or Europeans, or Brits, or Jews) can do or will do to fight terrorism? When you examine it the answer seems to be "nothing much." Individually, we are helpless. For that reason they turn to strong men who demagogue the issue and offer empty solutions. Take Trump's solutions, for examples: bomb the shit out of them, keep them from immigrating to our shores, and build a wall. None of these are practical answers but his followers turn a deaf ear and pretend Trump is so tough we will all be safe. Examined closely, you will see cold fear creeping under the tent.

Vince I personally don't turn to Trump for anything...but.. you must remember long before Trump came on the scene Republicans and independent conservatives thought the US should have finished the wars...whatever it took. Not out of fear but with the conviction that if we engage in a war we need to finish it and not throw our young men and women lives away for nothing... That is what you are seeing not turning to a blowhard out of fear.

Butch

Look i am not threatening her. I simply find her a complete scumbag.
She can't live here because we will not accept her.
She obsesses about the USA because we will not let her kind enter.
Maybe one day some stupid fuck will marry her like Anna Nicole smith:
You want fairy tales? Look elsewhere.

Watchout reality doesn't hit you in the face, and fucking HARD. I mean hard like break your cheekbone hard. Really, if you are IRL like you are here I suggest you limit your exposure in public.

Just a helpful hint.

As long as you promise not to visit, I intend to . I have seen all of the world that I want to and never quite met anything quite like you. I have stepped in it and scraped it off in the gutter previously, but never actually met it. So yes, I will stay down here where I can watch the sidewalks more easily
