You can thank the judge for this one as well. And shortly after this case was tried, and then an investigation was opened over the case, he was promoted to a federal court (Canadian).
Some of his statements and questions the judge said to the victim during testimony:
During the trial, Camp repeatedly called the victim “the accused” and asked her questions like: “Why couldn’t you just keep your knees together?” and “Why didn’t you just sink your bottom down into the basin so he couldn’t penetrate you?”
He berated her for apparently not trying hard enough to escape the 115kg (253-pound) Wagar’s clutches, saying: “If you were … frightened, you could have screamed.”
While conceding there could be truth to the victim’s claim that the experience was physically painful at the “rough” hands of the accused, Camp observed: “Sex is very often a challenge. Sex and pain sometimes go together, that … that’s not necessarily a bad thing.”
And to the alleged rapist after he acquitted him:
Camp acquitted Wagar, dismissing the crime as a “misbehavior” and even advised him how he could avoid getting himself into a similar pickle in the future.
“You’ve got to be really sure that she’s saying yes … so remind yourself every time that you get involved with a girl from now on and tell your friends, OK?”
The judge is being investigated for whether or not he should keep his seat on the Federal Bench.

Really, in the beginning the lynched judges. Then things changed. Now they have been taken over by total assholes.
There have been more ridiculous misbehavior on the part of judges. Much of that involves the exclusion of evidence. And of course you can always look up the youngest person ever executed in the US.
They have been caught masturbating under the bench, selling children into paid private detention homes, and do you think all of them who did wrong were caught ? In the general populace only about one in five criminals are actually caught. Most murders go unsolved. And I am sure plenty of rapes go unreported. I have been robbed a few times and never bothered to call the police. Know why ? Because the first time I asked what the chances were of getting my shit back and I was told "None". Two guns. Separate incidents, but GUNS. There is no chance of retrieving them, the cops will not be on the lookout for them. It is also possible they were sold to someone who would not use them. But I wouldn't count on it.
They took my stereo, my GUITAR, tools. No sense in even calling the cops. They will tell you they simply do not have the time. The truth is they are too busy writing traffic tickets. And OK, a few other things. About one in ten murders get investigated. They do process some rape kits if the victim has a rich Daddy. If a crime happens with witnesses in a pubic place they will make an effort for show. If there is a dead body they will show up. But other than that their job is to raise revenue for the city.
And that takes its toll on them psychologically. Look what happened to Chris Dorner. He could not take it anymore. So they either learn not to give a shit or go nuts. Or they can leave that seriously good paying job with fantastic benefits, with pretty much o other skills and work for minimum wage somewhere. They can't even run a punch press, as if those jobs are even around these days. They are locked into it, they got that money spent, they got a mortgage and two new cars, they cannot quit. It is like they are slaves. It is their own fault because they got locked into it buying those things on credit, but there is no backing out now.
My family knew quite a few cops and a bunch of them committed suicide. Most of them frequented the same illegal after hours joints that they refused to set foot in when in duty. Got a call about a fight, throw the stretchers in and say "Send them out".
They saw babies burnt with cigars and abused sexually, they saw people so strung out on drugs they would never recover, and some died. They have seen living conditions in the ghetto with rats and roaches all over the place and like six kids running around, some clothed some not and some with welts from getting whipped, and I mean two year olds. There is NO reason to whip a two year old.
And they are just supposed to take all that and stay well adjusted ? Tell you what, even with the money, benefits and privilege that comes with the job, I don't want it. What's more, they get these slugs into court and liberal or bought off judges will not punish the perpetrators of these atrocities.
I am not saying they should beat people up, but I understand.
And remember affluenza ? That judge let some rich kid off because he had not been taught right from wrong. I mean IIRC, a Parent came and pled that, because he had not been taught right from wrong he deserved leniency. This was a few years ago, anyone remember it ?
It was in 2004 I think and he killed four people when he was all fucked up on booze and valium. Something like that. I think that is a little bit worse than rape. He had zero remorse they said.
I remember people saying "I want my kids to have a better life than I had". You know what, that is fucking WRONG. Make them work for that better life.
