The interesting thing is, the State of California has every gun law, and more, that the whinny liberals say are just "reasonable" laws and it hasn't stopped the gang bangers and drug people from shooting each other in the least.

And at least two of the three attacks before Orlando were in California and the other was in Colorado where they also have universal background checks.

How many people commit felonies in spite of the law? Every day of the year there are 22 people in california denied guns due to background checks.....thats 22 less San Bernadinos a day. Colorado background checks didnt start until 2013, Aurora was 2012. And since both these laws are less than 5 years old, because (and I am not sure exactly but I think CA was 2013 as well) we know there are a lot of guns in bad guys hands from all the time before.

I think the whinny (LOLOLOLOL) pants shitting, toiletlicking nutsuckers have made a plethora of druglaws, and even just said no, and perhaps should repeal all laws since......well, haven't quite slogged thru the stupidity of their arguments, they actually are unfathomable.

How about that Aurora was 2012, however planed parenthood was 2015 God you are smart. And you know that those 22 people a day would have all been mass murderers. Did this come to you in a vision. Also how many of those 22 were private sales because the ones that weren't would have been rejected anywhere in the country.

I know, both that there is not really anything as an ex marine and that anyone who was really a marine would know the difference.
However there is a person on here who claims to be a retired marine, third generation in the Corps who keeps telling me how stupid I am because I say they are not the same thing. I was talking about a fraud, I am retired AF and would never denegrate your service.

Apparently a Chicago Sun reporter tried to reproduce the stunt to show how easy it is to get a gun.
Either he is a complete idiot or he lied on the 4473 form and they turned him down. He proved a problem with the way the system "works" but he isn't pushing that angle. He had two convictions, one for drugs and one for domestic violence. He was not arrested for trying to buy the firearm,or for commiting perjury on the 4473. How can we say the laws don't work when we try to pass new ones rather than enforcing the ones we have.

So California didn't accomplish a thing with thier universal checks.

They have exceptions, and obviously, if you are not letting the the left hand know what the right hand is doing, you will accomplish nothing.

I see that the nutsucker laws to give our treasure to the corporations for jobs havent accomplished a thing but give our money away. Who was the nutsucker who shot up planned parenthood, and who were his nutsucker benefactors, god you are a retard. the 22 a day turned down could or could not have been mass murderers because even legal buyers are mass murderers, so just like your guns keep people safe and stop many mass murders, you got no numbers and no proof, so you havent accomplished a thing with all your nutsucker welfare patient toiletlicking.

You really need to calm down before you start to type (or take your meds or sober up whatever the problem is), studies have shown that with an armed citizen on site when these things start the loss of life is reduced by 2/3. So are you saying (for those not smart enough to see I am not putting words in your mouth {that would be you} ) I am asking, since it looks like that is what you are saying, that there is no justification for carrying?

The best way to deter terrorists from shooting people is arm everybody. If the terrorists know they are going to have bullets coming back at them, maybe they will think twice before starting.

Which is why there are more terrorist attacks in gun free countries than in ones with constitutionally protected rights to bear arms, or course. Loads more terrorism in Japan than there is in the 'States...

Correct...which is why the government, instead of buying and sending guns to Mexico, should be arming it's own citizens.

NYTs reporter wrote that he had tried firing an AR-15.
He said it kicked like a bazooka (for those who don't know the bazooka was a rocket launcher and was thus recoilless) bruised his arm up and merely firing it gave him PTSD.
Again for those who don't know the AR-15 (assuming it has no more recoil than a M-16 firing a slightly weaker round and all) kicks minutely harder than a .22 long rifle.
He is either a liar or the biggest wimp in history.

NYTs reporter wrote that he had tried firing an AR-15.

Liar, no NYT reporter wrote this. Its the NY Daily News, a blogging site.

He said it kicked like a bazooka (for those who don't know the bazooka was a rocket launcher and was thus recoilless) bruised his arm up and merely firing it gave him PTSD.

Liar, he did not say it kicked like a bazooka, but he did say, The recoil bruised my shoulder, which can happen if you don't know what you're doing.

Again for those who don't know the AR-15 (assuming it has no more recoil than a M-16 firing a slightly weaker round and all) kicks minutely harder than a .22 long rifle.

Assumption is not fact, and it does kick harder than a .22 lr.

You are the liar, he may be a wimp.

Ok it was the Daily News.
Having fired an M-16 which had only slightly more recoil than the .22 I owned at the time it is fact, not assumption.
The only way a AR will bruise you is if you have leukemia or are an absolute wimp. Being the king of liars you would think you would know better.
