Ladypact, shut up please. Was you ever in LE? I was when I was in the Air Force and asking for money via the net in return for a slave to serve is a form of prostititution and it's called sex trafficking. I seriously doubt that when you pay for someone sight unseen that they will actually relocate to you. Anyone who asks for money right off the bat, chances are they are a scammer. Only fools will pay for anyone sight unseen.

Firstly, you don't get to tell contributors to a thread to shut up.

Secondly, the last sentence in your post#37 about asking for money being illegal is just not true.
So in that respect, LP was perfectly correct in what she said.

Yes, it is a scam.
Asking for money in exchange for being a slave is somewhat dubious at best.
But as far as I can tell, payment for services is not illegal; whether that is as a slave, cleaner, gardener or whatever.
However, somebody selling someone else for money or exchange definitely IS illegal.
But that is not the situation that OP is describing here.

You keep mentioning 'sight unseen' as if that were somehow important in the buying and selling of human flesh. It's the actual buying and selling part that is the 'no, no' .. and not that you haven't seen the product you've purchased.

That's a worrisome mindset unless you're just scamming for nudie pics. ::wink, wink::

WTF?!? You don't get to tell people to shut up here.

Only a criminal pays to buy another human being - whether it's sight unseen or not.

LilJuly76 -> RE: Is this a scam (7/14/2016 1:42:45 PM)

you shouldn't tell other people to shut up and not only that LadyPact spoke the truth.

Majorcut -> RE: Is this a scam (7/14/2016 1:59:34 PM)

Sight unseen means asking for money without any face to face contact. I am laughing at your replies since it shows your ignorance. The fact is that there are scammers and people who commit fraud here all the time in demanding money for sexual services. This is a crime in itself. Anyone who falls for this is just as guilty as the person demanding the money.

Not everywhere.

I haven't even read this entire thread and I already know it's stupid.

As an example of what I am talking about with the sophistication of the person. Here is the email I just got.

Yeah, I see what you mean about sophistication.

Let me google that for you

You know I've met a fair number of D-types both in real life and on the internet. None of them speak like that in real life or type like that on the internet.

I am being as polite as I possibly can, only because you threw that nice, little "please" in there.

However, I'm going to wish you the best damn luck in the world of ever getting me to shut up if I don't want to until such time as you get some Moderator/Admin authority going on around here. I think you know what you can do with your request.

Was you ever in LE?

Nah. I'm your basic military wife, so I know a thing or two about what an active duty member can do and why that's different than that of a dependent. Have a touch of knowledge about how the charges work differently if said offense by said civilian transpires on a military post, etc, etc, etc.

No, it's really not. If you really don't know the difference between the terms solicitation, prostitution, and sex trafficking, you might want to brush up a bit. Just how many arrests did you make via electronic communications, rather than both the parties being physically present? There's a big, missing hole in the email the OP posted because even though the term 'sexual' is in there, nowhere is a specific sex act for the price being defined. The writer was also very careful not to say that she was specifically going to engage in sex acts with the OP. It says "her submissives". It's exactly how people avoid getting busted for that stuff.

The only one who brought up paying for somebody to relocate to you, is you. Believe me. I get it. If you are a single, older guy, you get a ton of those BS emails where you get asked to pay for a person to be your slave and all of that other gunk. Yes, they are BS, but you'd be amazed. The Grapevine, TX con went on here for years, and yep, some people paid them.

While this whole thread is definitely a scam, that doesn't mean professional Dominants, pro subs, and switches don't exist. While not a professional, (meaning I don't do pay for play) I can promise you that I've made a lot of play arrangements before I ever got to whatever event I was attending and people agreed to play with me before ever seeing me. I've put open cattle call type of threads up (I'll be at X event for the weekend and looking for bottom to engage in blah, blah) and I've always gotten great responses.

I don't care and the advice here likewise here is that it doesn't matter how your online is going. Even that can all be part of it...understand ?

NEVER send money to anyone ever online and not until you have met them.

LilJuly76 -> RE: Is this a scam (7/15/2016 3:50:51 AM)

why you telling me that? I don't send anyone money anytime, not enough to go around.
