Why is the DNC being sued from within its own membership? And it is happening in the most famous county in America in 2000 - Boward, FL

Read the suit for yourself. Is only 35 pages and with 120 Plaintifs, it is easy to skip some parts.

Simple... because the DNC doesn't even remotely represent the interests of a large number of Democrats. That being said, I find this suit frivolous. I agree with all it's stipulations but it's not like there was any fraud going on because it was all pretty much out in the open and I doubt that picking a nominee is outside the charter of the national committee.

I think the other reason is that a wide swath of Democrats hate DWS for various reasons... some of which have nothing to do with this election or Sanders. They feel that she has failed on a performance basis.
