It's very hard for me to take lawsuits in the US seriously.

That happens a lot with the terminally stupid.

I mean a woman spilled macdonalds coffee while driving in a car and burnt herself and she won the lawsuit against macdonalds for making her coffee too hot. Got compensated millions.

That's like something that doesn't happen in our country. We look at cases like this and think it's her OWN NEGLIGENCE.

Just look at this nonsense, ONLY In the USA can you win money for getting injured at people's properties.

Anyone can intentionally trip and fall at Trump Tower and try to sue him.

They have things called courts which adjudicate these things...funny you are unaware of that?

We had an entire thread about this before, so everything that I have to say about this case has been said there. Not gonna start the whole thing again.

It's quite common over here. If the job is not up to expectations. Payment gets withheld.

We are not talking about shoddy workmanship. The jobs were all signed off.

What else would we expect from nazis?

Trump business couldn't have carried on IF they didn't pay due to unfair reasons, that's all I can say. All suppliers will be boycotting them. It's bad business reputation. Word spreads. Yet they still get things done. People still work with them. Why?

I reckon that's exactly what happened. According to Ivanka Trump, the reason was expectations not fulfilled. As I said, if they were seriously terrible payers, ALL the suppliers will boycott them. That's what happens in businesses. They ain't gonna waste their time doing business with someone if they got a track record of not paying people. Every business just wants to do the job and get paid, it doesn't make sense they continue to do work with Trump organization if they are horrible payers.

On top of that, every Liberal media is like treating this ghostwriter AS IF his word is the holy grail of as IF his Trump's BFF and would be THE person who would know him best, when, he only hung out with Trump 30 years ago!!

Shit, if anybody hang out with our current PM 30 years ago, I know many people have called him a spoilt brat and an asshole. YES our current PM is also born on a silver spoon and to multi-millionaires both mom and dad equally as successful as each other.

For the very reasons you pointed out above. The vendor should have known how dangerous this act was.
The fact is that the vendor did know because the vendor had recieved several warnings about this issue. They also have a "speed bump" right after the drive up window. How might that affect a cup of coffee in your hand?
