ORIGINAL: Kirata From your link: "I'm like this right here, and when he shot me, it was so surprising," Kinsey told WSVN-TV in Miami. "It was like a mosquito bite, and when it hit me, I'm like, 'I still got my hands in the air,' and I said, 'No, I just got shot!' And I'm saying, 'Sir, why did you shoot me?' and his words to me, he said, 'I don't know.'" That plus the fact that Kinsey was hit in the leg makes it sound like a negligent discharge. K. They fired three times. When asked by the victim why he fired, the officer replied "I don't know". Am I the only one who seriously thinks that any fucking moron can become a police officer in the US? What kind of inbred fucking hick discharges a weapon at a compliant individual lying on the ground with his hands in the air. Which of you fucking redneck cunts would like to argue there's not a systemic problem with police forces in the US? Jesus Christ. There is NO excuse for this shooting. The police officer was "aiming" for the autistic man and missed? WTF? If he had shot the autistic man, the whole department would be shut down. This man is supposed to protect and serve the public? You might have better luck calling Ghostbusters. Who ya gonna call?
