Uh, no. We don't do that. Havent since the Republicans in the Civil War.

So there are no consequences for soldiers who fail to march forward, drop their arms and refuse to listen to the commands to attack their opponents? And if this was in a live battle field, then what happens?

Uhhhhhhhhhhhhh, generally on a live battle field you drop your gun you are going to die, if you dont drop it your chances of living increase to some number over 0%. The aftermath will be a courts martial, if those who were there to see it live.

As I said:

From NBC: . There's nothing subversive about the former secretary of state, aside from her gender. So instead of reinventing the wheel, Clinton exceeded expectations by being her best: Forceful and cogent in a masterfully executed speech."

From The New York Times: Mrs. Clinton radiated confidence, from her pungent delivery and easy laugh to the unusually expressive ways she shifted her tone and delighted in her own best lines. She smoothly acknowledged her own limitations and trust issues as a public figure and forcefully challenged Mr. Trump over his claims that he alone could fix America’s problems.

From the Washington Post: "Hillary Clinton sought to transcend doubts about her character by presenting an uplifting vision for the nation's future, delivering the biggest speech of her enduring public life here Thursday as she formally accepted the Democratic presidential nomination."

In an address that electrified delegates and put a personal exclamation point on the four-day Democratic National Convention, Clinton yoked the history of Philadelphia, the cradle of American democracy, with her own historic candidacy to become the country’s first female president.

Okay, so they turn back, run away, don't move forward, maybe they get round up later and charged in court or whatever.

Yea, our is definitely, they are getting shot at, if they turn back when asked to move forward. The men tell me that over here! And ALL of them are in the military. I think they were all specifically told that's exactly what will happen if they retreat despite commander's command to move forward. During a real war situation anyway, which I doubt any of them will experience any time soon.

What part of 'tea and cakes' relates to either post 190 and what was said there or my later post? The 'tea and cakes' statement had to do with press coverage of the convention. That coverage has been mostly positive. Post 190...before her speech...and my subsequent post had to do with the coverage of her speech. That subsequent post...after-speech...in which I said "as I said..." referred to post 190, not the tea and cakes post.

What part do you not comprehend now? Or do you just like to jam similar...but entirely different...things together?

History was made by Victoria Woodhull back in 1872.

As she couldnt vote at the time, it was a great achievement.
But yes yes, Hilary has made history. well in the US at least.

There was also Belva Ann Lockwood in 1884 and 1888; Gracie Allen in 1940; Ellen Linea W. Jensen, Mary Kennery, and Agnes Waters in 1952; the communist Charlene Mitchell in 1968; Linda Jenness and Evelyn Reed in 1972; Margaret Wright in 1976; Ellen McCormack, Maureen Smith, and Deirdre Griswold in 1980; Sonia Johnson and Gavrielle Holmes in 1984; Lenora Fulani and Willa Kenoyer in 1988; Lenora Fulani, Helen Halyard, Isabell Masters, and Gloria La Riva in 1992; Monica Moorehead, Marsha Feinland, Mary Cal Hollis, Diane Beall Templin, and Isabell Masters in 1996; Monica Moorehead and Cathy Gordon Brown in 2000; Diane Beall Templin in 2004; Cynthia McKinney, Gloria La Riva, and Diane Beall Templin in 2008; Jill Stein, Roseanne Barr, and Peta Lindsay in 2012.

How, then, has Hillary Clinton "made history"?

She's the first woman from a major party. In order to fawn over Hillary enough, they have to move the goalposts and be ever more specific.

Lucylastic -> RE: Democratic National Convention (7/30/2016 4:53:50 AM)

LMAO @ Change the goalposts, dont forget women presidents are not a novelty to anyone living outside the US.
Also listen closely to the actual definition of her historical step, its NOT a "goalpost" move.

She became the first woman nominated for the presidency by a major party.

http://www.nytimes.com/2016/07/29/opinion/hillary-clinton-makes-history.html

I would rather it was someone else, but it aint.

The majority of lies and propaganda I don't have the time nor interest to address on here.
This time I will.
Other women have run and been nominated, this is a fact.
BUT-----------------

Hillary Clinton made history, because she is the FIRST woman nominated for the presidency by a MAJOR party in the U.S.
NYT - Hillary Clinton makes history

*Personally, I don't like nor trust her, but that doesn't change the FACT that she made history.*
Many on here don't understand what you wish, like, believe or spin does not alter the FACTS.

Period and point blank
Peace

4. Say it was a joke/sarcasm.

You know, I don't trust a word out of Trump's lips but in this case, it's exactly the sort of sarcastic joke I'd think of making then veto because I have some sort of filter between my lips and my brain. I did and do take it as a sarcastic joke and I take those hyperventilating about it as making a ridiculous mountain out of a molehill.... at the DNC's bidding. This entire Russia thing is just the new glitter tossed in our eyes so we lose focus on the DNC emails.

Lucylastic -> RE: Democratic National Convention (7/30/2016 8:08:09 AM)

Hmmmmmm so far(disclaimer) well the most important thing out of the DNC email hackings is that some people thought "taco bowl engagement" was derogatory towards hispanics. of course the emails are available to check out.

WhoreMods -> RE: Democratic National Convention (7/30/2016 11:05:21 AM)

From that painting you posted, if Trump's engaging his schlong with something, he'd be a lot better off with some sort of vol au vent than a taco bowl...

Well it really doesnt have anything to do with the convention, because it is not real, not credible, never said and the implications you are trying to mendaciously insert have been proven by fact and reality not to contain anything but nutsucker propaganda, absent of any fact whatsoever.

I thought Hillary was the first crazy lady to run for president hence the bolding of Roseanne Barr's name to preempt that argument.

I see only one crazy man (possibly controlled by the alien on his head) running for president. The other man I see running for president doesn't get nearly the attention he should, but that's slowly changing in some part due to the aforementioned alien-piloted crazy man.
