The email hack
The Democratic convention was supposed to be a seamless show of unity. But a data dump of Democratic National Committee emails has caused chaos in Philadelphia.
The New York Times later reported that "researchers have concluded that the national committee was breached by two Russian intelligence agencies".
According to the Daily Beast: "It's an operation that several US officials now suspect was a deliberate attempt to influence the presidential election in favor of Donald Trump."

Pro-Putin staff
Paul Manafort, Trump's campaign chairman, has spent decades as a political adviser in eastern Europe. Mr Manafort worked closely with former Ukrainian Prime Minister Viktor Yanukovych, who was ousted from government in 2014 and is a known ally of Vladimir Putin.
According to Josh Marshall, one of the most vocal journalists questioning Mr Trump's Russian ties, his foreign policy advisor Carter Page has "deep and continuing financial and employment ties" to Gazprom, Russia's trillion dollar energy company.

Changes to Republican manifesto
The Republican National Committee shifted their stance on Russia under pressure from Trump staff in the days leading up to the convention in Cleveland last week.
One delegate proposed an amendment calling for the US to provide eastern Ukraine with "lethal defensive weapons" in their ongoing struggle with Russian-backed rebels in the region.
According to the Washington Post, Trump's allies pushed to weaken the statement, committing instead to providing "appropriate assistance".

Financial ties
Mr Trump no longer does business with many US banks. Instead, Marshall argues, Trump "has steadied and rebuilt his financial empire with a heavy reliance on capital from Russia".
That includes "financing from questionable sources in Russia and Kazakhstan," according to a lawsuit uncovered by the New York Times.
Mr Trump himself has said he has "zero investments" in Russia.

Bromance
Putin called Trump "bright" and "very talented". Trump has spoken with admiration on multiple occasions about Putin's political strength.
"What we have is a kind of bromance going on between Vladimir Putin and Trump," Clinton advisor Jon Podesta said on TV when asked about the email hack, noting there was no known connection between the two.
President Barack Obama told NBC he did not know if the hack came from Russia but added: "What I do know is that Donald Trump has repeatedly expressed admiration for Vladmir Putin.
"And I think that Trump's gotten pretty favourable coverage back in Russia."

In view of Trump's extensive business ventures here and abroad, I would bet dollars to donuts he has links to leaders in China, South Korea, Taiwan and many other countries. Of the many things that I do not like about Trump, this is low on the list. This holds true for the extensive financial ties that Clinton has with foreign leaders as well. Business is business. There is so many more important things to dislike about the two major party candidates. Will it affect their policy decisions when either is elected? I would imagine so. However, I see positives as well as negatives here.

Status: offline 		Donald Trump is not a communist. He loves the United States and the man is pretty much sacrificing everything to show that spirit. Never has anyone been so degraded and still stood head high.
Of course he has connections, the man is brilliant in business and knows all the loop holes and knows how to close them too.
He has a beautiful smart family who will also be a wonderful asset to us. Everyone knows I am a serious Trump supporter.

They both as likely have stashes at Cypress and Panama.

They both know as well as the globalists/bankers/elites do, that they could bring down many rogue organizations and govts. without the BIS cooperating. HERE

They both know that the Chinese Yuan or the Rubble let alone the IMF's SDR's (special [sic] drawing rights) are no competition to the US dollar. HERE.....and won't be in any of our lifetimes.

They both know that NATO expansion is a qualified voluntary defense organization to protect countries from 'Warsaw Pact' type expansion specifically because...it was involuntary.

I must be the only person who do not see Putin as this evil being. I would be friends with him. And Trump wouldn't look lesser in my eyes, if he and Putin were friends too.

You got that right. As nuts as he is on some things, he is right that having an alliance with Russia would be better than an adversarial relationship.

I am going to speculate here and I am not so sure I am correct on everything but despite the fact that he abused bankruptcy, he is actually a businessman. Better than Bush.

As such, probably due to sources most people do not have, he sees like I do that all this shit going on is pipeline wars. Well there are a coupe of side issues but he sees a tremendous waste of money, which is exactly what it is.

But realistically, he is pretty simplistic. He probably thinks he can walk in there with 15 world leaders and make a deal ? If this is his idea it is a good idea but he is going to have to have his advisers with him, including his "STFU" adviser. Some people, if you piss them off once it is over. He has already stuck his foot in his mouth a few times. But I still think Clinton is worse. She will make an enemy out of Putin, and just in case anyone forgot, he runs the only country on this planet that can really challenge us and participate in mutual assured destruction.

Putin has his moments, I used to frequent rt.com. He says things that go too far once in a while. Trump does it more.

I think we are sure Trump has it, on a scale of one to ten, say five. Putin, I'd give him a two. But then he is very passionate about his country. So you have to adjust that down a bit.

And it isn't all one side, look up stupid comments by politicians and Google will give you decades worth of reading material. Them people just ain't that smart.

But then I said a few years ago that the world is becoming a stupidity contest. I think it is proving itself quite well.

Sure he does. But then that is when he gets in the know. Either he does not know that war makes money, or he wants to play the US cards into stopping that. Could be either. But they will tell him or her. Show that film of the other never before seen angle of the JFK assassination and al that. A meeting with the head of the federal reserve. A few other things. ad what can happen if you get too wild on those EOs.

No matter what you think, it is not going to change much. The economy sucks but it already sucked before our first OTW President.

Another thing, other than being friends with a leader who runs the only country that can engage us in mutual assured destruction is that we will be at peace with their allies. And that includes Iran. If nations get that kind of solidarity, terrorists will lose hands down, even if there really are two billion of them. And Russia is allied with China.

Fucking people do not see the possibility here. Safety in South China sea, the Strait of Hormutz, other places as well. ? Well those places may be safer than Chicago, but they are not US waters and therefore so what. The government wants to make a big stink about it but really, this is like ten thousand miles away, just how far do you think the Constitution empowers you ?

Trump however, if he is careless with the military he might up the number of those radicalised. Fuck, his mouth might do that as well.

But Hillary Clinton has already done that. I bet those emails were about funding terrorist groups to bolster support for her anti-Islam agenda.

Anyway, I DO have a problem with some of the shit this guy said, but what she said is worse. And they both want an aggressive stance. I think it was Reagan who said "Negotiate from a position of power". Know what that means ? Be a bully, you take the deal we offer or else. But he had Kissinger on the job under the table. That guy should have been boiled in bacon grease. He is the one who told Saddam it would be OK to attack Kuwait BTW. Nice guy.

Putin does whatever he thinks is best for Russia. That is his job.
One of my local Singaporean Chinese friend here is dating a Russian woman, long distance relationship. He flies there or he flies her out here. I met her a few times when she came out here. But her goal is to move to Singapore permanently with her son which is not so easy. Because even if she married my friend, our country does not work like this. They don't accept immigrants by marriage unless the person has the proper educational level, basically, we have alot of local men who married uneducated women and then their wife gets deported because they are not educated enough. And anyway, I like to ask her about how is life in Russia, like I would practically be curious to know, always from a native perspective of any country.

I was surprised at how well the people are taken care of. She is a single mom. Not working, full time care of her child. I asked her where is her son's father? She said she don't know, never heard from him again. But what surprises me is, as a single mom, she is given a government flat for free, so that she and her son has a roof. And she gets monthly allowances, so she can full time care for her son and not work. And basically....., it's like, that's not what I was expecting from Russia.

That is not a evil country or an evil leader, period. They take care of their people.
