Status: offline 		One officer is critical in hospital, the other has died.

The number of police officer deaths in the last three weeks is very sad and disheartening.

My heart goes out to the families and friends of the victims, I hope that the injured cop pulls thru and gets back to normal physically and mentally.

I hope they find the bastards that did it and that they go away for a very long time.
Being a cop is dangerous, it shouldnt be deadly.

They found one suspect with a gunshot wound hiding in a gulley.

The second suspect went home!!

So, now we have a 3+ hour SWAT stand off going on.

If referring to this indecent you may want to read the link... unless the information changes the shooters, or at least one, was Hispanic not black.

My prayers go out to all affected (I'm getting tired of making novenas, here).

The response to this war on police officers seems to be paralleling the response to the war on us, perpetrated by the Jihadi fuckheads.

Unless it's a white dude who shot the police, I still look at BLM, because I saw an interview by Colbert with the BLM leader, and Colbert ask him that doesn't he think he has some responsibility to tell his supporters not to harm the police, to always stick to peaceful way of protesting, and he said, he disagree that is his responsibility, whatever his BLM supporters does is not his problem. Actually the BLM leader does need to step up and say cop killing are unacceptable! And this is not the BLM way! But he doesn't step up.
And Obama is conflicted. He feels his loyalty to BLM, but then police are getting gun down. He needs to choose the police side, and tell the angry black people very firmly that, heavy justice will be melted out to rogue officers, do not take justice into their own hands. And then he needs to follow up on it, and go after all the rogue officers hard! I don't know what are his Presidential powers on such things. But in terms of my country, the PM can really go after them. It would be serious shit hit the fan and the rogue officers will be severely punished.

Because to solve this whole shit, they need to hunt and seriously drag out rogue officers and prosecute them heavily, make an example of a few! BLM will calm down.

I think of Jennifer Lopez, Jessica Alba and Guillermo Rodriguez and even Mario Lopez, and they seriously don't look white to me. More like, light to medium brown.

I've always had a dislike for the word "hispanic", but since it hints at "Spain", for the purposes of this discussion, I'll go with it.

Spain was, at one time, one of the shining jewels in the Muslim world. That's certainly an influence of (Northern) African extraction.

When the conquistadores set out to conquer the whole new world, they spread their seed just about everywhere; central and South America, the Pacific (The Phillipines, in particular, still even have elements of Spanish in their language, Tagalog).

Later, the African slave trade ran through the Carribean (Cuba, Puerto Rico, etc.).

So, to my mind, an argument can be made (if one wishes) that just about all "hispanics" are "non-white".

Every fucking place else on Earth, a Cuban is a Cuban and a Mexican is a Mexican. They don't get lumped together with people from anywhere and everywhere else in South America, including the countries where they speak Portuguese not Spanish.
