Status: offline 		It would never get adopted today, too many lawyers in government. The people do not vote on amendments.

In fact the people have gotten to the point where several years ago I posted that congress should get social security, then you will see it well funded. People did not agree on that. I could not believe the stupidity. And I don't mean how it is now, that they get their congressional retirement and SS, I meant that they ONLY get SS. People did not agree.

I don't know what the fuck you tellya. So now they do pay into it and get it, but that is in addition to the other pension. Actually, I am not so against that for people who served in the military, but for those scumbags ? Fuck them. Like some people who are in PERS (public workers), they have to choose which retirement they want, and cannot collect both. I do not know about RRTA (railroad retirement).

But people are going to go broke enough that they are going to change their mind. Good, because there was something wrong with the one they had. It takes hunger and cold to bring people into common sense and they will get it. Keep supporting these assholes, you will find out the hard way. Hope you didn't lose your guns by then.

Many legislators are in the Bar, what's more even those who aren't take bribes in the form of lobby money from AIPAC and other foreign organizations. And they are the ones who decide whether or not that is OK.

There is no way 21 states are going to pass it and I never suggested that possibility.

Since when does a state who never voted on the amendment get to ratify the amendment? News to me. The only way that can happen is by constitutional convention of which we have yet to have one. Virgina did ratify it, therefore it is part of the official law of the land.

First and foremost, not only is it printed in most of the states internal publications it is also printed in the official citizens manual of the united states. NOTHING is printed in any official publication without GPO approval. It was common knowledge then and common knowledge to researchers today.







So go ahead and try to sell us your felch that the gubmint coincidentally made this gargantuan mistake, coincidentally and printed this in their citizen manuals, military manuals, along with several states like colorado who printed it in their state manuals.

You don't have 3/4ths at 1819 and to have 3/4s for that amendment you are going to need 38 votes total. We are not talking about states not yet created, we are talking about states that exist at the time they are admitted in the union.

We have 12 states voting for amendment as of 1819 or whatever (perhaps 13) and you only need 24 or 25 more votes to ratify that amendment nowadays no time limit on the amendment and no strictures on the member states at every step needed over that time limit.

Rather than derail with non-sequiturs and stupid shit that was never said nor inferred, you should learn some law and constitution and history and reality. You have been shown to be an hallucinatory tinfoiler at every step, and without salient fact, and in most case facts at all.
