No matter the age of the victims, he was operating without a medical license, so illegal any way you look at it. For me, it would be right up there with performing abortions with a coat hanger... yes it is consensual, but dangerous for the victims.

oh no I meant a lot more years than what he got. you know my grandmother got cancer of the cervix and she had to get operated on to get it removed it makes me so mad that some biker dude gives himself the authority to circumcise women.

Actually, it should never have been started. The ToS of the site is that you won't promote illegal activities. He agreed to that ToS and then posted anyway. Which is modus opperandi with him.
