This is to all the above poster's ^^^^ wow, and here I thought that A: this site like all the others I've ever visited actually notified you of replies. B: you've all taken reading comprehension courses (evidently not), what part of if you don't like this don't read and don't post did you miss? Now let us address the other issues. Yes, I did time. Yes I am now a registered sex offender. yes I can even be on Facebook as the Federal Appeals Courts have ruled keeping sex offenders of social media is against their right to free speech, AKA the 1st amendment. So, Yes I am also on Facebook, Youtube, Instagram, etc etc. Now, about my arrest. The State of California and FBI used a law that had been proven unconstitutional 11 YEARS prior to our arrest (robyn and I were both arrested). So, 6 constitutional violations later, forced plea bargaining to save our lives later, here I am. Deal with it. I committed NO crime. Everything I actually did do, mods, piercings, subincisions, tongue bisections, male and female circumcisions, well, guess what. Since it was on consenting ADULTS, It was perfectly legal. But since they could not get me on anything I did do, they made sure that my not breaking the law did not matter. Now, I was in a legal entanglement with a neighbor. Exactly what, we both have a gag order from Mediation. But now that is over I am back, I am here to stay, so fucking deal with it. And all the posters who have to drag the Federal bullshit lies out, you all come back to haunt me like last nights puked up meal dragged up from a clogged drain. Go away. Anyone posting on a thread that is about something you dislike, and you post to show your dislike for the idea or the person, THAT poster is the asshole and has a serious mental condition IMHO. one last thing. I didn't circumcise minors, I never agreed to it. It is people like the ones posting here, who decided that putting me in prison was worth prison themselves by lying to the Federal Government saying I had done so. All because they did not like me, or my life style. The FBI told me blatantly "We don't like you, we don't like your life style, and we cannot allow it to run rampant, we so are going to do whatever it takes to put you in prison". The fact I broke no law, irrelevant, the fact they broke the law, thus far, irrelevant. So, people like the ones posting here have a real bad taste to me, like yesterdays diarrhea.

Greta75... I ask you, why do I have NO charges for doing female circumcision? It is not considered medal surgery in California law, or Federal law. I was not pretending to be a Doctor, there were no victims except the ones the FBI fabricated. Fictional victims are outlawed under California law. THE law the FBI used to arrest us and imprison us. It was ruled unconstitutional 11 years PRIOR to our 1st arrest in December 12th 2003! If female circumcision is illegal, so is piercing and tattooing, because they both break the skin barrier.

I have no idea what are the laws in the US, that's why I am clarifying.
Piercing and tattooing is just poking holes or inking on on skin.Circumcision is almost like plastic surgery to me, as it involves removal of body parts, sure anesthetic is required to deal with the pain. Sounds like a medical procedure to me. I think it's incomparable.

The whole minor thing. It didn't happen, it was invented by people in BME chat. The FBI Knew this, but they got their names in the paper.

If you have a problem with cops showing up asking questions, put the blame where it belongs. People who have a problem with my kink. THEY are the ones who lied to the FBI< repeatedly, and brought all this shit down on everyone. I and robyn paid the price. WE went to jail, for nothing, YOU did not.

Greta75, Anesthesia is not required for some. Some places use Anesthesia in tattoo's and piercings. What is legal in one place can be illegal in another. In MY state, California, and under Federal Laws, I broke no law. But, that does not stop the Fed's. It does stop the state. If you want to know the truth, instead of the BS people keep spreading. It has nothing to do with breaking the skin bariier.

Over here, it is legal to do piercings and tattooing without a license.
FGM is just plain illegal. Period.
It is also illegal to help or facilitate anyone to having it done; even if it is performed overseas where it is considered legal.
And recently, quite a few African countries have also declared the practice as illegal.

Dunno what the law is like where you are but FGM is just horrific - even if the recipient agrees to it.
I think of it along the same lines as pedophilia.
In some places it's legal. But for most people, it is just sooo repugnant that those performing it are considerd to be criminal misfits and should be strung up by the bollocks with rusty razor wire.
