Status: offline 		No matter the age of the victims, he was operating without a medical license, so illegal any way you look at it. For me, it would be right up there with performing abortions with a coat hanger... yes it is consensual, but dangerous for the victims.

you know my grandmother got cancer of the cervix and she had to get operated on to get it removed it makes me so mad that some biker dude gives himself the authority to circumcise women.

The biker has nothing to do with it.

You're talking about a guy that has split his penis and has piercings holding it together. Trust me, even the biker community would look askew at that.

And his still currently looking for clients to do circumcision on.
That's the problem! When he is unlicensed!
Yea it's like a backdoor plastic surgeon. Not good.
