ORIGINAL: DominantWrestler To stay on the topic discrimination dealing with law enforcement https://www.justice.gov/sites/default/files/opa/press-releases/attachments/2015/03/04/ferguson_police_department_report.pdf The justice department also just issued a statement on the discrimination within the Baltimore police department. I think it came out yesterday, if not, within the last week And every cop in the Freddie Gray case had the charges dropped, Look, you're either a fucking liar or a fucking idiot. Charges were dropped against 3 officers, the rest were found not guilty. quote:
not only that but the prosecutor is being sued by them and investigated for prosecutorial misconduct as she was clearly doing this to further her political goals. Only in America could police officers murder a black man then sue claiming THEY'RE the victims. quote:
This isn't about police conduct, it is about how people who commit crimes are more likely to have problems with the police that those who don't. No. People who are black are more likely to have problems with the police than people who are white. And when I pointed out that some of the officers had been aquitted I was also called a liar, you guys need to get your story straight. Charges dropped or aquittals the number of convictions is still zero. No, you claimed all of them had been found not guilty which was a fucking lie because - at the time - there were still trials pending. So yeah. You're a fucking liar. Twice. I said that all the trials to that point had ended without a conviction, and you claim that I lied because some trials hadn't been held yet. I said that all charges had been dropped and because there had been some acquitals (meaning there were no longer charges in those cases) you claimed that I lied. What I said in both cases was true, the cases held up to the point where I made the first statement had failed to get a single conviction. And all charges pending when I made the second statement were dropped. Are you so biased you can't tell the difference between something being a dissapointment to you and it being a lie. And Mosby clearly overchaged to gain points with the voters, that is prosecutorial misconduct and it is part of the reason she couldn't get a conviction.
