So the other threads can take back on their original intent...
I offer this thread.
We all seem to be cyber terrorists and will hijack anything that moves.  [:D]

So...  how is everyone doing this morning?  Sleep well?

Aileen68 -> RE: Idle Chatter (7/22/2006 6:25:52 AM)

I have an awful summer cold....all congested and my lungs just hurt from deep coughing.  8(

KatyLied -> RE: Idle Chatter (7/22/2006 6:26:34 AM)

Good morning!  I'm sitting here with my second cup off coffee, the unmentionables are sleeping in today, and the house is quiet.

cuddleheart50 -> RE: Idle Chatter (7/22/2006 6:27:50 AM)

Hope you feel better soon Aileen...summer colds are worse than winter ones.

I slept like a baby until 4am,,,woke up and couldnt go back to sleep.  I'll take a nap later today...[:D]

JessieMe -> RE: Idle Chatter (7/22/2006 6:28:42 AM)

I had a great time at karaoke last night with the local kink group. They are all talking about doing a kinky karaoke at the local dungeon.. I dont know.. as much as I love to sing and am an exhibitionist.. the thought of doing "dog & butterfly" in the nude.. just doesnt appeal to me.. LOL

MHOO314 -> RE: Idle Chatter (7/22/2006 6:29:29 AM)

mmmmm, good morning <yawn,stretch> an unusual lazy Saturday morning for Me, the house is still quiet---the coffee brewing and a marvelous book is in front of Me that I intend no matter what to indulge in today.

JessieMe -> RE: Idle Chatter (7/22/2006 6:31:58 AM)

MHO>. I am jealous.. I have an 11 hour shift coming up that I am avoiding getting dressed for...

hmmmm going to work naked... <shakes self> naww.. if I wont do karaoke in the nude.. I cant see myself prancing at work that way either.. LOL

smilezz -> RE: Idle Chatter (7/22/2006 6:33:18 AM)

Good morning right back atchya redhead!

I am doing well, waiting to pick up the reincarnation of me at the airport in a few hours, am on vacation for 3 weeks  <gasps>.   I'm having my coffee at the moment, waiting for The Man to wake up so i can call Him.
Hoping that it will rain here (highly doubtful) and hoping that since we hit another record heat yesterday (118) we may as well top that today  *laughs*

~smilezz~

Daddysredhead -> RE: Idle Chatter (7/22/2006 6:36:15 AM)

*hugs, kisses and a vaporizor to Aileen*

Sounds like everyone else is doing pretty well though.  I am thrilled because my ex-hub is finally getting the rest of his stuff out of my basement since he is moving this weekend.  I've kept it here since he was moving around a lot, but now...  it's leaving.  YAY!!!  This also helps me get ready for when I have to move next month.  (just a few miles away...  next town)

cuddleheart50 -> RE: Idle Chatter (7/22/2006 6:44:53 AM)

wow, moving is so hard, I have moved alot and it just makes me tired thinking about it...good luck with your move.

Daddysredhead -> RE: Idle Chatter (7/22/2006 6:51:27 AM)

Thank you, sweetness...  [:)]
This time I really have to go through and purge a lot of things.  Last year, when my mom passed away, we went through and got rid of stuff, but there were things that just didn't get taken care of.  I want this to be the "cleansing" move...  start afresh and all that.  I'll be going from a big colonial house to an apt., but it's ok...  it'll be mine to share with my father and my two unmentionables.  I want to keep just the essentials, no need to carry baggage from place to place unnecessarily.  (real or emotional)

cuddleheart50 -> RE: Idle Chatter (7/22/2006 7:20:56 AM)

A clean start is always the best.....I'm so sorry to hear about your mother, mine is still alive and I thank goodness everyday.

greneyedjewel -> RE: Idle Chatter (7/22/2006 7:30:24 AM)

Good morning all. I embarrasingly slept until 9:30 this morning (OMG! punish her) and am now sitting here with the first cup of coffee of the morning and trying to figure out what I will do with my day.

Redhead, my sympathies on the loss of your mother.

Daddysredhead -> RE: Idle Chatter (7/22/2006 7:33:34 AM)

Thank you for your kind words.  My mother was truly one of the dearest women I ever knew and I am blessed to have had her for almost 35 years.  She was a beautiful, submissive woman, in the traditional sense - one who my father adored and treasured for nearly 40 years, and still does to this day.  On the other hand, my father was always a Dominant man, again - in the traditional sense, and never shirked his responsibility for caring for and protecting the woman who loved him with her entire being.  Right up to the end, my parents wrote love messages to each other on little napkins or whatever they had on hand.  [:)]

This is the kind of love that so few people get to experience in their lives, but one that Master and I strive for each day.

This was my 1000th post!  And a special one to boot!!!  [:)]

greneyedjewel -> RE: Idle Chatter (7/22/2006 7:37:49 AM)

Oh  what a precious  way to liive.  I wish that some day I am lucky enough to find a relationship such as that. You were truly blessed in experiencing that type of love.  T

Daddysredhead -> RE: Idle Chatter (7/22/2006 7:45:06 AM)

Oh, yes, my fellow green-eyed lady...  every child should grow up to witness such love and respect so that it perpetuates itself from generation to generation.

*warm fuzzies*  [:)]

Hi Red, your posts are very touching. I am very close to my mother and would be bereft if she were gone. Your description of your parents relationship is lovely. It is always nice to read your words, you are so positive.

I only wish I could meet someone normal, let alone how you have described their relationship. [:(]

sleazybutterfly -> RE: Idle Chatter (7/22/2006 7:48:59 AM)

Sheesh.. a gal actually gets some sleep...and wakes up to a whole new thread.

I guess I can't complain now though..since we are out of the complaint thread.

Good morning, Red..and all.....

Daddysredhead -> RE: Idle Chatter (7/22/2006 7:58:39 AM)

*feels all humble and misty*

Thank you, my Red sister.  I know what you mean by finding normal versus spectacular.  I had many years of horrible and found what I thought was really nice three years ago, only to find out that it was bordering on downright remarkable.

Hi SleepyFly...  I woke up to see all you girlies curled up, in slumberland, so I just pulled up your covers, gave you kisses, and quietly shut the door.  [:)]

Had to do my second paddle dance by myself...  but that's ok.  I can get into that kind of goofiness...  [:D]

sleazybutterfly -> RE: Idle Chatter (7/22/2006 8:10:12 AM)

Yes, we all agree that Daddy is quite the remarkable Man.  Of course, we are pretty fond of Mommy too.

I got out of bed real quiet like, so I didn't wake Sage, Lolita, and Bratling.......   Okay, so I might have tickled Brats nose a bit...but it only made her sneeze once..and brought me a laugh.. so it was worth it.
