But since you are overlapping completely unrelated topics, you have overlooked a key question, here.

Was Kaeperneck's DNA on the football?

I went back to the subject of this thread, you and ML drove it off to talking about something else.
Not this year, he has been riding the bench.

Right, back to the OP.

I suppose it gets annoying when when being constantly presented with fact to counter one after another fiction you keep coming up with re the shooting. So you go back to the safe place of making shit up regarding someone whom you know nothing about and conjuring fairy tales about what he's thinking.

BTW, that thumb sucking blanket of yours is long overdue for the washing machine.

Once more I ask: Did the blunt make the gun more dangerous or did the gun make the blunt more dangerous? An illegal drug? A piddling bit of MJ? A gun in an open carry state? That's what it took to make the police accost, confront, harass Keith Scott? Pretty piss poor police work, sez moi.

One other thing. How frightened were the police of the alleged gun if one of the coppers was standing by the passenger door banging on the window? That alone should tell us that the police were never in fear for their lives. Actions speak louder than words. Or that cop at the window was insane to expose himself like that. Jeez, what bullshit!

No I think a thread should stay close to its starting point. And had clear evidence that you didn't know what you are talking about.
You have given no facts, just conspiracy theorys about those evil cops.
You have one article that agrees with you and pretend that the others do.

If he had a bottle of Jack Daniels in one hand and a handgun in the other the combination would be dangerous, just the same as weed and a handgun, in combination is dangerous.

You are absofukinglutely keerect. Alcohol and guns are a dangerous mix. But this was not alcohol, was it? No it wasn't. Weed is well known to mellow a fellow. Cmon, don't tell me you are not 4/20 friendly.

And if the cops were in fear for their lives why was one of those boys banging on a window of the Scott car and exposing himself to a bullet from the blunt-besotted, badass, black man? Ah hah! Actions speak volumes. Cops were not in fear for their lives. What an arrogant waste.

My brain dead neighbors are 4/20 friendly enough for the whole neighborhood.

so, that is one of the best defenses of pulling out a gun and start blasting when a cop comes near you I have ever heard Bubba.

I realize that because this comes from Fox some of you will dismiss it However

Blue Lives Matter, an organization comprised of active or retired law enforcement officers, claims the cable news network edited video of the Sept. 20 fatal shooting of Keith Scott to cut out police ordering him to “drop the gun,” fueling claims Scott, a black man, was unarmed when he was shot by Officer Brentley Vinson. Although Vinson is black, the incident was the latest police shooting around the nation to spur violent protests and rioting.

And to return to the actual point of this tread why didn't the now backup for the 49ers see the injustice in this country until rumors started circulating about him being cut?

Got right back into the spotlight.

No, that's not what they HAD to do.

Let me point out that both Vice Presidential candidates, Kaine and Pence, endorsed Community Policing Strategies, which I detailed earlier in this thread.

Police will continue to produce more tragedy and outrage if they pursue their antiquated militarized and biased strategies against minority neighborhoods.

Sure, and the police chief hasn't said a word about it.[8|]

You still do not understand the difference between brandishing and carrying.
I can carry in an open holster in Walmart with no problem. But the instant I pull it out of the holster without a good reason I am in trouble.
But you insist that open carry means you can brandish with out incident.

Putney said he has found nothing to indicate that Officer Brentley Vinson, who shot Scott, acted inappropriately, given the totality of the circumstances, and he does not think his officers broke the law that day.

Read more here: http://www.charlotteobserver.com/news/special-reports/charlotte-shooting-protests/article105978672.html#storylink=cpy

Putney is the chief of police so maybe he did say something.

Man was sitting in his own car minding his own business rolling his own joint. How do you get "brandishing a gun" out of that?

Funny how both Blue Lives and Fox purposely edited out the fact that the police themselves edited out their order for Scott to drop the gun by having the only officer with a body cam not activating it until after the victim was shot. There is no audio or continuous video beyond 30 seconds until the wearer activates the cam with a double tap.

The officer not activating the body cam when leaving his vehicle was in clear violation of CMPD policy and regulations on use of body cam. Another bit of info self-edited by Blue Lives from their whiny video on Fox.

Here is the unedited info on the body cam situation.

How many times do you need to read that it was the COMBINATION of the illegal drug and the open display of the gun that got the cops interested in him?

Minding his own business? Yeah, I know that's what aIm going to do when cops are around...roll a joint AND pull my gun from my ankle holster and display it. He was an idiot...

Name one, and by all means quote it.

And just what is it that this article is supposedly agreeing with?

All my commentary has been from police reports, chief of police press conferences, news paper reports, and live videos of the police confrontation and shooting.

Which out of all that is your candidate for "You have one article that agrees with you"? Please quote it, and point out the item in particular about which such article 'agrees' with me.

Yeah, I have read that. A fucking blunt and a mysterious gun. WHY is the COMBINATION so urgent to make the cops abandon their arrest warrant for another individual? You seem to be unable to answer that simple question.

Copper overreaction. Tragic results. Stupid policing.
