And I walk my talk. I don't wear make up, wear skirts, or wear heels. When I do my work. I do my work, I do not wish to be seen as a woman but just one of the men.

That's sad. When i do my work, i want to be seen as me... which happens to be a woman. I never want to be seen as 'one of the men'. I think it's great that woman dress more like woman at work now. They no longer have to dress like men to be successful. They can be the smart, confident, capable women that they are. Which is how it should be.

It doesn't change the fact that a guy has no right to assume that a woman wants to "fuck him" because she is dressed in heels and a skirt or trying to look attractive.

If I touched all the women I have worked with who are attractively dressed or act flirtatiously, I would be out of a job and quite possibly in court and on the sex offenders register.

And quite rightly so.

Actually, in Trump case, he doesn't go after any woman in a heel or a skirt. He knows that, there is potentially a good number of woman who will spread their legs for him, because of his wealth and status.
He sees a woman he is interested in, he tries his luck to see if she is one of them. He finds out she is not. He backs off.

End of the day, as a woman, I can tell you, if a man thinks you are beautiful, you can get away with murder too. Not all men, but many men would do things for you, you cannot imagine, all you gotta do, smile and ask. And we women try our luck too.

To me it's just equal opportunity and equal game.

My line is when the person says No. Back off. That's it.

Which is why Hillary refuses to wear skirt and always dons a pants suit. Right....
She certainly isn't your role model then.

Personally for me. In my old job especially, I was rising very fast, and the boss was chummy with me. We share the same office too. If I didn't project the right image, there will be talk I am fucking the boss, and that will not be cool, because his wife is quite involved in the company too.

I managed it right, I was able to be his right hand, respectedly, without any scandal or rumours of me fucking my way to the top. Because, I dressed unattractively and made myself unattractive. But I got alot of respect from men and women, about the work I do.

End of the day. If ya wanna project a sex pot image. And you wanna ignore the nature of men. It's just not dealing with reality, and the differences between the genders and how they function. Men are visual creatures. How they process things. Most have good self control, but you can't discount there are many who don't as well.

Also, his wife will try to get rid of me, and feel threatened by me, IF I were to project a sex pot image. By the way, my xboss was a white dude married to a white woman.

I like being "one of the men". Because regardless what, if they see you as a woman. Sexual elements can possibly come into play. Unless they are gay. And many have the self-discipline not to say it in front of you, but they are thinking it. Like they will notice everything quietly. Men just notice physical things on women. They can't help it.

Once you are one of their male buddies. It's a great comfortable platonic relationship. And this is for male best friends, or male work mates.

I wasn't talking about Donald Trump.

I was talking about a woman's right to dress how she sees fit - something you have an issue with.

Have you heard of the civil rights movement? Jim Crow?

Or are you going to pretend that I have to define these terms for you too?

There is no woman's right to dress as she see fits at work. Dresscode is dictated by the company. And many companies employ good looking women who dress sexy to do sales, BECAUSE it's effective, sex sells. There is no men's right to dress as he see fits at work too. Try meeting clients in Berms and t-shirt if you are a banker in an important business meeting.

There is no equality in dress code in many things. I feel outrage for women evicted out of airplanes for wearing skimpy shorts that show off butt cheeks. That's her personal time. But if she did the same to work. I would feel zero sympathy.

In your personal time. SURE, wear what you want. Walk out naked. Whatever.

There is such a thing Greta as ' just be yourself'. Women haven't gotten anywhere at all if we feel we have to be 'fake men' in order to succeed in the workplace. Being feminine does not equal being a slut. And i understand that there may be some attraction to each other at times between men and women in the workplace. As long as you don't feed into it, it's not a problem at all. It can even make the workplace a bit more enjoyable. But that is a different approach to learn.

If I wanted to be myself. I want to wear baggy t-shirt and basketball shorts to work everyday, and wear flip flops. That's myself! I love comfort and loose clothings. Not interested in expressing my femininity.

Ok... well if you like dressing like that then that's different. Above you implied that you dressed like that to purposely make yourself look unattractive so you could be 'one of the men'. How you choose to dress is not really the issue. Why you choose to dress that way is the issue. 'Because i like to' is much different then 'Because i feel i have to in order to succeed since i am a woman' is a completely different thing.

In the business world. If we all want to pretend how you dress and the image you want to project does not play a big role in how people perceive you, then it's very naive.

When I want to seduce a man. I am dressing for seduction. When I am doing business, I am dressing to be taken seriously and not noticed for my gender in any way. Showing cleavage or excessive legs is a distraction that takes away from what you can offer professionally.

When I am by myself. I want to be naked or super comfortable.

As simple as that.

Maybe if you've found a way you like to dress at work, you might want to show more toleration to women who dress differently from you, and not suggest that they are looking for trouble from men in the workplace who can't control their sexual urges.

I may personally like or dislike something someone wears. I might also take a view on whether they look professional or not, especially if they are dealing directly with the public.

But I will never assume because of how they dress or act that they are asking for unwelcome sexual contact. Nor will I have any sympathy for anyone who uses that as an excuse for inappropriate sexual advances in the workplace.

I think women who flaunt sexuality at workplaces, enjoys the effect they have on men. But they play games with it.
They are free to do it. And enjoy the games. Challenging men to not look and be respectful.
But when they get burnt. Like having mistaken signals and unwanted attention. Unless the man forced himself upon her EVEN after she said No.

To me, it's not about judging what they wear, but simply about, just facts of life.

Why is it people can't show up to work naked? Because it's distracting and uncomfortable. Same thing for women or men who dress overtly sexy. It creates unnecessary distraction.

I mean, if a man dresses effeminate to work. He wouldn't get female sexual attention either if he doesn't want any female sexual attention. A power suit can be very sexy and be noticed.

In another amazing day on the 2016 election trail:
* For the first time in several days no new person came forward accusing Trump of sexual assault or predation. Relief in the Trump camp is palpable;
* Trump continues to deny the allegations of half a dozen women who have independently of each other accused him of sexual assault. This is despite the fact that their allegations mirror precisely Trump's own boasts of his sexual assaults and predation on the infamous bustape. Trump wants us to believe it's all "a conspiracy by the liberal media and the Clintons" to deny him his birth right - the Presidency;
* Trump continues to attempt to make Hillary's integrity an issue by alleging her husband abuses women. He doesn't seem to realise that the more he raises issues of gender and sexual impropriety, the more he invites focus on his own activities, activities that do him no credit at all. This doesn't speak well of either his intelligence or political skills or that of his support team; and
* Michelle Obama gave an amazing speech here.

Why isn't Michelle Obama running for office? She is light years ahead of both candidates for quality and integrity. And can she deliver a speech!!!! The Obamas must be history's leading family of orators - I can't think of another wife and husband team who approach their ability to set an audience on fire.

Have you heard of the civil rights movement? Jim Crow?

Which part of the civil rights movement used armed violence to achieve it's goals?
Which part of "jim crow" used armed violence to achieve it's goals? The klan used violence as a means of intimidation but it was the legislature that created the "laws" that disenfranchised people of color.

Which companies (not counting strip clubs and brothels) requires women to dress sexy as a requitrement for employment?

BECAUSE it's effective, sex sells.

In brothels and strip clubs.

Hobie alter runs a multi million dollar company and does not own a tie,a suit or a pair of shoes. He wears "baggies" a t-shirt and flip flops as do his employees

There is no equality in dress code in many things. I feel outrage for women evicted out of airplanes for wearing skimpy shorts that show off butt cheeks.

Why do you not feel the same outrage about the laws in that third world shithole called singapore that enforces the same dress code in public places?
I have posted the laws from that third world shithole called singapore regaredfing this issue several times. Have you forgoten?
Doesn't it hurt your mouth to talk out of both sides at the same time?

That's her personal time. But if she did the same to work. I would feel zero sympathy.

Just above you say that employers require their female sales staff to dress provacatively...try to get your story straight.
