I have a question. My neighbor is an annoying lout that makes me want to attack them with a large rotting fish. They are up all night pacing back and forth and it seems like they never sleep. They also play music so loud that my computer shakes. I need to confront them but I am afraid I may not be the most civil and tactful person when I do. How can I handle such a delicate situation?

Hiya Gauge, maybe you could write them a note, and put it in the mail box? Or you could strap on all your leather clothing and go get Domly on them.  Order then to go to bed at a certain time and if they don't let them know they will be punished.

Wait till a time of day when you know they'll be wanting peace and quiet, put your speakers in the window, pop your five most annoying cd's in the cd changer, and let 'em have it!

Dear Riled Renter.

As a jungle animal I find that it a very wise decision to trust your innermost instincts in any given situation, to do otherwise gives yourself quite a low chance of survival, so what I would suggest is to do exactly what your gut tells you, I find that halibut produces quite the odor in combat, and it's fragile head has a tendancy to explode upon contact, using this method your noisy neighbor will have much to clean up for quite a whilethus eliminating his tendancy to wallow about annoyingly, not to mention that if he does not do a careful job the consequential odor will likley force him to leave out of your life forever.

Dear wanting some stripes,

for some reason our forefathers could not forsee the mass exedous of  New Yorkers and Jersey people coming into the desert, and so therefore assumed that noone from the east would think of going into an enviroment that was full of sex, booze and gambling, which consequently, Jersey and NY made for themselves.

Apparently, the fastest way to get Gauges attention is to play your music loud and keep a supply of fish around, that should snare him in.
