Your claim that white males are the "outstanding majority of serial killers" is poppycock. 52% of serial killers are white. 40% are black. Given the population demographics of the planet and the fact that many people live in societies in which spotting a serial killer is extremely difficult or the truth will be covered up (think Islam, Asia or India) and those numbers are roughly representative of population demographics in societies with the ability to detect and prosecute a serial killer.
