It says something about how overpaid and ove-priviledged NBA players are if the owners are going to pony up for such luxury accommodations. Naaa, team owners are probably going to put the team up in a hotel chain where they own stock anyway. Whiny gesture signifying nothing is what I hear.

Buck's owner Mark Lasry is a hypocrite. He had no problem taking money from Wisconsin taxpayers ( a red state, by the way ) to build a new arena in Milwaukee. Good luck with your boycott. I suggest it will only bring in other guests to the Trump hotels.

It was a blue state when he did it.

I'm sure you do.

I like living where I am too. More especially, glad I grew up here.

But we can trade regional weather effect jokes if you like.

My county being 54% black would likely freak you out, but you could still laugh at us when we shut everything down after counting 88 flakes of snow, just as several cities in the north shut everything down when the temp reaches 88 degrees.

I think we had something like 80+ days of high temp above 90 this summer. Two weeks straight of 95+, if I recall.

Well i'm a tough girl both ways because i grew up in the NE.. I was 11 years old during the Blizzard of '78 so i remember it well. We had 10 foot drifts in our back yard. I also lived in Vegas for 5 years so i know what it's like to live in 115- 120 degree heat. I felt like i was living in a foreign land there for quite a while. But i actually really enjoyed living out there for a while and i enjoyed the multiculturalism, which i had never been exposed to before.

Anyways i'm thankful to be back home and we've certainly had gorgeous weather here this year and the foliage was beautiful. I love this little corner of the world.

It continues to begin...

Several others who currently stay with Trump-branded hotels will be looking into things after the season.

I think it's a knee-jerk reaction (even if it happens next June, lol), but it's a free country, so they can do whatever they want with their dollars. If they can get the same level of service for a price that they can rationalize (likely the two most important criteria), they should go for it.

This is little more than a headline and won't matter much to anyone in the long run.
