Article 6 of the Constitution is about having a requirement to be of a particular religion to hold a position in the government and thus not relevant to anything we have been discussing.
My mistake: I was thinking of a section of Article One.
Now how could a non-office holder violate article one to a greater extent than a man like Obama who ignores congress and tries to rule by executive order (royal edict in his case) , the worst he could do is say he intended to continue the policy. The good thing about his attempt to rule by executive order is they can all be erased by another executive order without violating separation of powers.
This is typical of foreigners who try to lecture Americans on our government, you just don't get it.
Were you complaining about executive orders being a surrogate for royal edicts when it was a president with an R after his name doing it, or is it only an issue if there's a Democrat trying to get around an obstructive congress and senate by resorting to executive orders?
For somebody with a taste for whining about teh eeevil lefties' hypocrisy, you have a real knack for double standards yourself.
