Anal rape is penetration. So a woman can penetrate a male anally with a strap one against his will. I don't know how the law should be re-written. Maybe it needs to specifically say, all forms of forced penetration is rape, whether by fingers, foreign objects or penises, with the exception of, IF a male was forced to penetrate, then THAT is rape too. And I seriously cannot imagine any objections anybody would have to that. I'm all for it !
