Hacking Hillary was no problem as long as all they were stealing was state secrets, but if they hacked the DNC, something has to be done about this.

Right, now it's time to start WW III. The kicker is that there is NO EVIDENCE that it was Russia. Not even as much evidence that say, Saddam had WMDs. This is on par with the claims that the Benghazi attack was because of a YouTube video.
