The stuff you described is pretty spot on, except that my tastes run way more extreme than 'a gentle spanking for stress relief', but I imagine that if that's what I was into, your description would be 100% accurate.
That is, I like my porn with tons of foreplay in it. The actual act of penetration doesn't interest me much, unless it's done in an usually creative way. I understand the whole dynamics of the in/out, I don't need it written out in detail, or see 10 minute close ups of it. What interest me is what he did before he got his cock out of his pants. The stuff he said, the things he did, the way he dominated her. The toys he used. The bondage she was in. The emotions he felt. The emotions she felt (her feeling lots and lots of fear is a really good on to get me going).
Likewise I care about the stuff that happens after the in/out. I don't like it when 'he came' = 'end of the scene' so he best keep doing some more stuff to her afterwards.
Creativity is one of the most important things for me as well. I can get into stuff that I haven't really ever been into before as long as it's presented in some sort of creative and interesting way. I really enjoy new takes on old techniques/toys/tortures, and if you can come up with something I have never even thought or heard of before, you get definite bonus points. If porn has a 'been there, done that, seen that' feel to it, I'm usually not interested at all, but new and creative porn will have be using the same piece over and over again, sometimes for years, even if it's obviously only new and creative the first time I see it/read it.
But then again, I'm extremely into kink, to the point that I prefer kink over sex any day of the week, and lots of my porn doesn't even have any penetration, of any kind including oral, by anybody, whatsoever in it, so I'm not really the norm you should base you conclusions on.
