Articles ... amendments ... not really inter-changeable, in this case.

Just thought I'd help as someone that loves his first AMENDMENT rights.

I would suspect that legal scholars would tell every president to follow the Constitution.
This just gets play because they fear Trump, like Obama, will ignore congress and try to rule by EO.

Yeah, that's why people running around defending their 2nd article gun rights and 1st article free speech rights.

Oh wait . . . no one does that. Ever.

Actually, I typically refer to the original Bill of Rights as Article I thru the end of those and then amendments I typically refer to as
amendments but the original bunch are typically also referred to as amendments.

The difference is best left to an advanced class for future JD's.

Actually, trying to cram your religious beliefs down everyone else's throat like a priest cramming his cock up an altar boy's ass is a violation of their rights.

MORE fantasy.

Goes along with, Trump is not a serious candidate. Trump will NEVER be president. He is finished, washed up, through - that's it. Hillary is 99.978% inevitable. Trump is running as a joke.

And my favorite? DO it!!! PLEASE run!!!~

President elect Trump is putting together a kick ass cabinet and he has Congress behind him, he has the TEA party on board, he has the alt right on board, he has the RNC on board, he is going to have the Supreme Court behind him...

The man is a steamroller, a wrecking ball. He is a raging locomotive. Keep telling yourselves whatever you need to, but while President Trump will not always agree with Congress he and they will accomplish much of a joint agenda.

Sleep well kiddies.

i would ask for lots of example of that but I trust they would be about as lame as your statement of Leviticus and sharia being bosom buddies, and your whack job interpretations of the bible.

whats more, the most absurd interpretations of the first amendment these days belong to the people who have a visceral hatred for religion in general, and Christianity in particular.

in short, the most egregious "cramming" occurs from your end. no pun intended.

then of course one of my favorite articles to post is article 13, which is printed via the gubmint approval in all the school books before it magically got changed.

of course there is the cover story that goes along with it like everything else da gub does that kool aid kids swallow hook line and sinker without question or concern.

as we can see last part of article 12 the 'art' 13 right out of the 'citizens manual'.

Oh and if anyone is into trivia, when people talk about the 'NWO"' or new world order, that is america btw. Few people are aware of that.

Its sort of amazing what you can all turn up when spending a few hours at the law library.

Imagine all the dirt in the national archives ;)

well you look pretty damn foolish however when you try to pass off 'old school' CITIZENS MANUAL as 'wrong' based upon 'todays popular' usage of the language. Thats as ridiculous as implying holocaust means 'genocide' just because some asshole misused the word in a novel. Oh wait thats exactly what happened.

He always has claimed what people have "said" but its actually the backup of fecal matter in his brain that is the problem. He is desperate for it to be true, its not just projection its engraved in his sad little psyche.

Which he's entirely capable of doing.

He already can't grasp that he's not entitled to fuck up the world until Jan. 20.
