Those who apparently use potato mash as brain replacement spit out rubbish hardly any better than these sick criminals.[:'(] For the others who are interested in facts as verified so far: Amri was shot after he opened fire when he was checked by an Italian police patrol controling passengers at a Milan train station at about 3am CET. One policeman slightly injured. He came there via France, exact details how he left Berlin to France still unclear. Identity has been verified by fingerprints taken in the Berlin lorry as well as earlier fingerprints Italian authorities took when he was imprisoned there in Sicily for four years. He was no recent refugee but a religious radical and criminal. He was to be transported back to Tunisia when he turned assassin.

Torture is not legal, but it is still common practice to get information. That's why they kill terrorists after interrogation, and then lie to the media, he died in a shoot out.
